SsethTzeentach - Hey hey people

Found StarSector thanks to this man, I been loving the shit out of that game. never had as much fun with a game like this in a long time. I also really loved his Might and magic videos. brought back memories that I hold fondly.

Ok so if Sseth is some kind of normie poser, where are the real ones?

Show the youtubers who are the real shit.
I really like Ross's game dungeon dude always puts out a semi-informative review with a decent amount of research. Plus its gordon freeman reviewing video games how can you not like that?

Ross is very good but Sseth didn't rip anything off from him. They're two entirely different styles.

Ross' lecture on Software rights and emulation are all worth watching despite them being hours long.

>map painting simulator: middle ages edition

Gonna give the game a pass. I tried EU and was too small brained for it. Favorite line from the review was "go ahead and kick us out, it's happened so many times we don't mind".

Yeah if you didn’t like EU hard pass on basically all the Paradox games. They are all basically the same game just with different skins.

his newest video was meh. felt like most of the jokes fell flat and had to pause the video after too many times to get a joke thats not really funny.
I enjoyed it quite a bit, but it's certainly not at the starsector or kenshi review level, but he set the bar pretty high with those, although this one did feel mildly rushed.

He included a Sengoku Rance clip in this one as an example of a strategy game, hopefully his newfound mainstream popularity hasn't scared him off from doing more "cultured" reviews, especially one of a foreign classic.

I'd lose my shit if he did a Rance review. Especially if he included clips from the hentai.

Ssethtzeentach is going to hop on livestreaming hustle, farming the chinese lemons on dlive, starting tomorrow, so expect this thread to move to Internet Famous section soonish.

Capped from the Merchant's Guild test stream. Step 1 - "Make sure you avoid getting doxxed" 🤣

Hey hey people! Does anyone know Sseth's real name? Bugging me like crazy where I recognise his voice from. Feel like maybe someone I used to play online with but can't think who? Same accent and same 'V' instead of 'th' when he speaks. Also thanks Sseth for the Starsector code and for turning me onto Kenshi. I don't go out now.

Yeah that was me. Like Pewdiepie, Sseth apparently got approached by dlive to stream on their platform. Apparently the English version of the site just surpassed their turkish website (the one it started on). So yeah, good for Sseth.

I've never been autistic enough to really get into map painting simulators grand strategy games. I like the idea behind them and have tried out more than a few but I can never get far into them. After about an hour or so of playing one I always find myself fastening my mouse cord into a noose.

It does require a special kind of autism, it get mine going, but what really gets me going is games where you gather resources and give it to a town and watch it upgrade. No idea why but it’s always nice when that pallet swap happens and the place looks nicer.
