Interesting episode so far. I actually somewhat started to like Captain Shaw for the mental train wreck he is and how he is regardless still willing to work with Riker and Picard aka "haha oh fuck oh shit those guys are right-".

Looks like an uglier Ent. E.Caught something from last episode and the Ro's earring thumb drive scene:
It looks like the Enterprise-F cameo that has been talked about will probably be the ship's early retirement. This would make sense if Paramount nuTrek needs to close the book on that ship and replace it with their own design.

That screenshot of Enterprise F is a pretty lousy one for depicting her. Her design was the winner in Star Trek Online's "Design the Next Enterprise" contest back in 2011.Looks like an uglier Ent. E.
The ship designs seem kind of out of place in this season, they are very 'Movie era TOS' in design, especially the Titan. Is it just me or is the Titan tiny? Like looking at the windows etc...it seems barely bigger than the Defiant.
I don't like it, it really doesn't wow me like the ABCD and EThat screenshot of Enterprise F is a pretty lousy one for depicting her. Her design was the winner in Star Trek Online's "Design the Next Enterprise" contest back in 2011.

Design the Next Enterprise
Design the Next Enterprise was a contest held by Cryptic Studios in 2011, in which players could submit their designs for the new U.S.S. Enterprise in Star Trek Online. The winning design, submitted by Adam Ihle, eventually became the Odyssey Star Cruiser. Another entry into the contest, by...sto.fandom.com
First things, firstI don't like it, it really doesn't wow me like the ABCD and E
If paramount wants to use their own design why did they go out of their way to use the odyssey class ship from STO? It isn't canon (at least until now) and didn't exist outside STO. Why not skip ahead and just use their own ship design?Caught something from last episode and the Ro's earring thumb drive scene:

Cause Paramount now owns Star Trek Online as of last year.If paramount wants to use their own design why did they go out of their way to use the odyssey class ship from STO? It isn't canon (at least until now) and didn't exist outside STO. Why not skip ahead and just use their own ship design?
No it doesn't. STO is owned by cryptic, which is currently owned by gearbox and previously owned by PWI (a chinese company), atari and very early on in development, perpetual. STO was and is developed under a license. It is not and never has been owned by paramount, cbs or any other star trek related IP owner or affiliate. What paramount owns is the IP license for star trek. The only things paramount has anything to do with other than the fact they provided the license, is granting approval for certain things that appear in-game, which is why you don't see endgame TOS constitution ships, android bridge officers and several other things outside of lockboxes and why certain storylines and game aspects are subject to final approval. One of the most obvious was 'no evil factions' which is why they came out with the romulan republic and not the empire. Not that said logic fits when the very next faction to be released was the dominion and their literal genetically engineered killing machine soldiers that players have access to but cryptic doesn't like hearing about thatCause Paramount now owns Star Trek Online as of last year.
So, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?https://youtube.com/watch?v=21NJzYlgzyUthis "hot glue" you continue to suggest is highly illogical
I'm not aware of any. afaik this is just merchSo, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?
It's cheaper and will generate hype on the STO forumsIf paramount wants to use their own design why did they go out of their way to use the odyssey class ship from STO? It isn't canon (at least until now) and didn't exist outside STO. Why not skip ahead and just use their own ship design?
Closest we're going to get are the mangas that been done off and on for decades now. Anime is something now going until Paramount pays a studio to do one.So, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?
Star Trap exists. So, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?
I mean, Star Blazers is effectively Star Trek: Enterprise, but better. So, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?

I recall Voy also being "wow this could be shaping up to be like star blazers with the isolation in space" and then it ended up like star blazers with replicating whatever wheneverI mean, Star Blazers is effectively Star Trek: Enterprise, but better.
Man, I wish there was. At least, we got a good DS9 anime before DS9 was a thing: LoGh. The good guys won there, too.So, and I so goddamn hate asking this here but fuck it, is there going to be a Star Trek anime?
