Uh....... no, they dealt with that.

Fucking what?
You didn't know? She made him who he is. She was probably smarter than him, since she finished first of her class at the Vulcan academy. She even told him to never be alone, to look for a human friend.Fucking what?

The writers also gave Spock dyslexia but they wrote it like if he had autism.
It’s why everyone prefers The Orville as the unofficial Star Trek continuation. It's sadly fitting how full circle we've come, considering how Mary Sue originated as Trek fanfiction and now we have this garbage fanfiction on screen.
It's not even fanfiction since none of the people who work on the show have watched Star Trek.we have this garbage fanfiction on screen.
I've tried to watch Orville, but it's just not my thing. Still, I have to admit the show is way more fluid and natural that Discovery or Picard. The characters simply interact with the environment rather that say shit like "now, we're gonna do Science™ because we're in the Future™".It’s why everyone prefers The Orville as the unofficial Star Trek continuation.
The first couple episodes are a bit rough, but it hits his stride soon enough and gets better. Completely understand the feeling though.I've tried to watch Orville, but it's just not my thing. The energy I get from this is that Sisko wouldn't even be on there if he wasn't black.

He was masculine
Sulu and Uhura on the poster for no reason other than "we need to add that black woman and that asian character played by a gay man"
Yeah....you will see "that" episode soon. Its actually extremely good episode though, just know it is partly about Sisko being black.I just started season 5 and Sisko's ethnicity hasn't come up once the entire series. DS9 writers are truly bigoted for not acknowledging this King's blackness.
