Starfield - Bethesda's new space IP: will probably be full of fun and easily trackable bugs

How do you think Starfield will turn out?

Follow up to my last post. This post here was banned for pointing out you can block the tranny modder.

And this wasn't a hit and run account either, this was one created in 2006.

Just pointing out how you can block a progressive mod on Nexus is enough to warrant a ban.
I had gone to do just that when I saw the bullshit he was putting out. Glad they don't ban for blocking.. yet.

Nexus mod hard at work to ensure paid mods have a better chance to work if tried again by destroying mod culture.

The whole "pronoun drama" feels so forced to distract people from the actual issues with Starfield. BG3 had loads of woke shit but it actually had a good game and writing and they aren't throwing a fit over people making mods to tweak and remove it and in return they are reaping fat stacks of cash.

I guarantee that in the following week there will be even more attempts at pushing a "haters are all bigots" and maybe a hit-piece of the mods to remove it and make the NPCs look human instead of A. Wyatt Mann 3d models.

I just checked metacritic. It's sitting at a nice 4.5 user score for PC. It's so over Toddbros.

Is t just me or does Starfield feel mega astroturfed?
cant wait for the honymoon period to be over so people will shit on this game.
What are you guys talking about? I've seen nothing but hate for the game. A constant attempt to one up each other on overstating how much the game sucks. Any YouTube reviewers who like the game, or people who so much as say the game is okay, get shit on as mindless shills and consoomers. All the while putting dozens of hours into a game they supposedly hate. Like this guy.
I just need to stop playing this shit.

It's like the opposite of BG3. When I say "eh, I think I'll pass" people fly into a tard rage.

dose NG+ have any fourth wall breaking dialog atleast?
Why would you want that? Has the last decade of cringe "self aware" dialogue not been enough?

Are there alternatives to Nexus Mods?
There used to be moddb, but I don't know how they're doing since I've not used them in a while.

It's strange that Heel Vs Babyface is the guy I keep seeing referenced, because he never had a remotely interesting or genuine opinion on anything. He's obviously trying to the Quatering's bit.

Poorfags blown the fuck out. Virgin PC vs Chad NASA computer.
Man computers are fucking weird because on my rig the game runs pretty well and my only real issues technically have been crashes, like a lot of crashes. Other then that it’s run better than a few of the other big titles this year. Retarded thing for him to say though lol, but he also made the comment that we don’t need rovers or other vehicles in the game because you got a shitty boost pack.

Modb is doing fine but they don't really work well for anything small like most Bethesda mods since it is more of expected that mods there are more of the "custom campaign/Doom Wad/Total Conversion" types.

Here's an archived article which mentions a few different sites for mods. I don't know how current it is and have not had the time to check for which ones have Starfield mods. The only mods I have downloaded for quite some time were for Uboat through the Steam workshop. https://archive.ph/Sm3Xk

For real

I paid for a mid range rig back in 2019, and both this and Cyberpunk run fairly smooth with most settings on high.

I'm always told I just have a luck configuration or something but I'm starting to think people really should have just went with AMD.

I believe AMD outperforms Nvidia with everything except raytracing, but now everyone needs the Tensor cores for some reason or another, either game raytracing, their stupid DLSS, or every AI project ever, so people end up buying Nvidia. I got Nvidia because I do 3d work, but I'm starting to feel it was a mistake because I have no VRAM and it sucks in games if they aren't raytraced or DLSS'd.

Honestly that’s how it feels with me sometimes hahah. Have a weird luck with my config. Though now that I say it I’ve probably screwed myself.
