i do find it funny that jeetthesda probably left it for modders, easy guess it would set the shitbox ablaze if you could build a fleet.
Wolverines helped alot with finding this mod, much appreciated.
Quick question: what are the best traits of this excuse of a game?
it's a bethesda game, obviously the bugs and glitches, at least the jeets haven't fucked up to a point where you get save wrecking shit, only mod wrecking and only on game updates.
also mods, the fleet one is really fucking good as there is no need to keep spare ships rotting away and you can bring them with you.

I love how I'm putting points into Persuasion and actively looking for opportunities to smooth-talk my way through stuff, and just about all of them have failed spectacularly. Feels like an overreaction to Speech being potentially OP in FO3.
I never understood how the dialogue system/persuasion worked in Starfield. I usually just quick save before the sequence.

I always had a habit of saving before talking to people I'd need to persuade, but I feel like the game knows I'm doing this, the piece of shit, and now it's trying to make fun of me for going outside my comfort zone, character-wise. At least I don't care for any character besides the Amelia Earhart clone.

I'm trying to play it again. I'm enjoying it a bit more due to the Royal Galaxy mods.
i just looked at it and i wished it had only the cut content rebuild stuff.
also when looking around for mods...

Why are you people playing this shit? Or Even paying for it. Are You all retarded or something?
i am not a nigger nor a faggot to go with the gay flow, i want to see if it's shit for myself and so far everything seems to be massively overblown as usual per snoygger lies.
i still remember them propping up uncharted and when i played it i could not have been more bored in my fucking life, played nearly 2 hours, got bored then asked to switch to killzone 2 instead, still remember the entire gyro thing to turn on the valve in the prologue :sighduck:

I tried it on Gamepass a few months ago and was getting genuinely upset with every NPC interaction and new restriction the game placed on me. You know in Fallout 3, how Moriarty is an asshole who makes you do work for him to help find your dad? I usually just hack his computer then sneak a grenade into his pocket when he goes out for a smoke and blow him up for revenge.

In this game there is a similar bartender in some shithole and he won't tell you info you need. So I tried blasting him. Oops, essential, because apparently the main quest will totally fall apart if one bartender dies in the galaxy.

Uninstalled there. Bethesda is dead.

I will say that Bethesda's insistence on making minor NPCs essential has been a constant annoyance of mine since Skyrim.

I know the point has been beaten to death but Starfield should have been the Bethesda game that completely removed essential flags. The entire point of the game is to hop from one universe to the next and once the player knows what's required to accomplish that, it should have been possible without needing to interact with a single npc unless it was to dome them. Instead, it's the opposite where the player's meta knowledge of the game is more or less punished on subsequent playthroughs while the player character is forced to act like an ignoramus when they should know how to bypass pretty much everything. Instead, jeetfield is the most Bethesda-d Bethesda game and proved everyone who has been shitting on their formula since FO3 right.

It is especially funny because the game actively has an alternate universe where you run into a version of yourself doing EXACTLY THAT, who then tells you some variant of "after a while, you stop caring about them, this is faster." And you can finish that universe on your own without a single member of The Lodge alive.

Okay no obviously I cant become detached like the game thematically hints at you becoming because it LITERALLY WONT LET ME.

I remember saying this game would be dog shit the moment it was announced and the retarded bethesda dick riders automatically called it the "game of the decade" because those retards refuse to learn lessons. Seeing the game having its own thread on the farms does absolutely nothing but validate my opinions and thoughts on the modern AAA games industry. RIP golden age, you were fucking awesome.

shouldn't bethesda throw a bitchfit over such mods?

i mean, "technikally" it's a "re-creation" and shieet but still... obviously i'm talking about the destiny 2 shit because of cuckrights and whatnot, the halo one should be alright because jeetsoft owns both jeetthesda and jeetfourthree studios, ops, i meant pooplo studios.

Bethesda released a video interviewing the Lead Creative Producer of Starfield.

tl;dw: 30 Seconds near the end is dedicated to "We're totally working on this game still guys". They apparently have "some cool stuff coming, including free updates and features that players have been asking for, as well as a new DLC story."

They've apparently been "focused on space gameplay to make travels more rewarding"

Then he talked about more creation club content coming.

They're so pissed that they aren't making any money off of paid mods
FTFY.
remember that creation club is since skyrim and they seethe at it to this day, it's like minecraft bedrock minus the retarded kids telling their parents to buy minecoins, i was going to mention how piracy is harder to do on bedrock but you can easily get any pack for yourself if you know where to look at.
easy bet FO4 creation club sells more shit than jeetfield per week.

On the one hand, working on Starfield keeps Bethesda from working on TES6. On the other hand, working on Starfield keeps Bethesda from working on TES6. We lose either way bros.

Bethesda looks like they're gearing up to announce the second DLC. They just need to admit defeat and cut their losses like they did with Redfall. Game is dookie, it always will be, all of the problems are fundamental and can't be fixed by adding DLC. Go back to the drawing board for TES6.
