I have never heard of a 5 year probation over threat of 30 days in jail. That's how I read the document but that is absolutely insane if that's the case. I have a feeling it's 30 days as a condition of his probation unless waived by his PO. The whole document is clumsily written.

He needs to wait six months, then motion for a transfer to a jurisdiction too busy to care about a cokehead.
I don’t think he can even do 6 months. He probably needs to drink just to function. Wasn’t there a stream he did after his arrest where he was visibly shaking from withdrawals? If he does make it, I’d be so surprised. Plus, he has a habit of doing retarded shit on camera and the A-logs would be chomping at the bit to send it to his probation officer.

I'm fucking late, but isn't that exactly what the prosecution recommended? You're telling me that three separate family members all complained about how much Nick needs to drive his kids around and it meant
NOTHING?!
Imagine, a professional who deals with junkies daily writing a recommendation is taken more seriously than the letter of the dad who lied on the stand, the wife who was also charged with the same crime, and some random fat attention seeking cunt who has zero standing.

Nick really showed it to those Scandinavian prudes.

And that's what makes him a cow, he can't walk the normal path, he's too busy falling down in his own shit.

Elissa clipped the lawyer +potato reaction:
Kurt was happy, that made me smile. Suffer, Sean.
Without really knowing the people on this channel, this little clip makes me like Nate the Lawyer. He's just laughing the whole time and going "man this is FAFO he pissed off the judge!" while everyone else is pussyfooting around all "oh this isn't necessary" and "i wish nothing but the best" etc etc.

Nick's ITT.
oOOOOooooOOOOoooohhhhh
You want to booze up so badddd!!!

He'll likely just have a nurse oversee him in jail and take his vitals as he withdraws to make sure he doesn't seizure or suffer another serious medical consequence of depriving his body of alcohol. He'll have no choice but to stay sober in jail, not out of desire to but out of not having any way to get access to it. Unless he gets some from an inmate somehow or has it snuck in, which isn't outside of the realm of possibilities.

EDIT: OHHHH on probation, not in jail. Never mind. Feel free to rate me dumb on that one.

Yeah you're right he won't even last 6 months.

Nate the Lawyer
Nate has been doing a very much "both sides" kind of thing with the entire story.
Kurt too. They tried reporting on this neutrally at the beginning, Nick flipped out, so they were on his bad side for a while.
Then they both did some more positive stuff about Nick and did not go too hard on him no matter how dumb the filing was.

Now they are back mocking him when they have easy ammunition.

MLS is a pineapple swinger. All of them but Nate wants more Rekieta clout to huff for super berries

No, probation officers typically come down like the hammer of God on probation violators. If you don't show up for an appointment or they have strong reason to believe you're fucking around and probably in violation, they come looking for you right away and by they I mean both themselves and the local police or sheriff's department. This is impressed upon offenders at the first PO appointment. I've practically got that happy fun introductory speech memorized. I doubt it differs much from state to state.
His PO is going to send his ass to jail? No, he'll get arrested for a violation and the judge will send him to counseling or rehab or do nothing at all and Nick won't care. Everyone with the fantasy that Nick is going to down a fireball nip and go to prison for 5 years is delusional. He is going to get chance after chance after chance. Nick would probably piss off everyone off enough to get jailtime, but he has wranglers.

Shit, MN has medical weed. My buddy who's a PO in a state with med cards makes sure all his nignogs get one so they can smoke all they want. Nick won't be wearing the Jamaican cuck tank top just for the bbc anymore. He gon' be on dat plant from da ert in no time.

The funny thing is that booze is just liquid bread, straight carbs, and it was probably the drugs keeping him thin. That or the hivvy.
Ever hear of Alcorexia? The party girl's paradox? All your calories are in daiquiri form so you're actually only getting like 1200 calories a day, but those calories keep you drunk.

I don't know the law at all, but I figured that the long probation was an attempt to get him to be sober. Kind of like a drug court move, where the threat of prison is used to keep an addict from using.
