I honestly don't care what other people use for their computers and OS, I just wish that they knew what they were in for when "upgrading" to the latest and greatest thing. I've said on other threads about it that I've had to manually un-fuck more than a few computers thanks to the generosity of Microsoft's forced "upgrade" on low-end machines that couldn't handle Win8, let alone Win10. The whole Steam games debacle has no effect on me either, since I don't do much in the way of online/DRM infused gaming. My issue is with the core "you will own nothing" mantra that everyone seems to be gravitating towards, and most people are just bending over and accepting it.
And there hasn't been a single car from 2009 that didn't have some sort of planned obsolescence built in. There was also no car from 2009 that had support for Android Auto added in without some Bubba-tier hacks.
Basically your car allegory is shit because it's as "artificially fucked" as Windows is. This kind of whining happened back in 2014 when people were bitching about XP being deprecated first by MS and then everyone else and then everyone moved to 7 except for a few schizos.
Quit being retarded, you're arguing over semantics and you know what I am talking about. Want another allegory if you truly can't comprehend what I'm saying? To be more closely aligned with your thinking, this new development is the equivalent of 2009 and earlier vehicles no longer working on roads that were designed for Micro$oft Vehicle

2015

and newer, effective immediately, even though your 2009 car drove fine on them before, and you already paid for the construction and upkeep of those roads that you can no longer use.
You faggots are accepting the fact and championing the concept of bloatware in OS. This never happened with fresh installs of any OS until post windows 7. As a consumer instead of saying its fine if you just install this script (which most users wont know about) will fix which should never needed to be fixed is retarded. We hate bill gates microchip vax shots but love his new ad filled OS's. Give your fucking head a shake.
Win7 had some bloat for sure, but it was easy to remove and didn't require a script or additional software to remove it. Not to mention, the Microsoft store and Cortana is so ingrained with Win11 that I'm not even sure that you can remove most of it without fundamentally breaking the OS. The TPM2 autism is a big strike against it as well.
The lack of an actual answer given to your questions reminded me of when I asked that same user why they're still trying to keep Win7 going when they needed help getting a dll for something. So far we've got "I hate Windows 10" and "Windows 10 is fucking trash", very constructive responses.
I use 32 bit Win7 on one of my machines because some of the software that I use is fundamentally incompatible with modern-day 64-bit operating systems. Not everything works in a VM or DOSBOX, some things you just need to bang on original or compatible hardware to make things work right. And sometimes you just want an easy path to MS-DOS or system settings without clicking through autistic "tiles". My daily laptop is a gacked out Win7 build that does everything that I need it to do, with no e-begging from MS or government listening in because "SeCuRiTy IsSuEs"
Although all this talk has got me curious if I could get a de-bloated Win10 or theoretical de-bloated Win11 to work with un-cucked legacy software that you actually use to own, like Photoshop, Office, etc...
