Stellar Blade / Project Eve Thread - aka Stellar Ass

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Games across the board are already lacking. At least with Stellar Blade I'll have something pretty to look at instead of whatever ugly ogres this faggot jacks off to.
Have you all seen the side by side comparison of 2015 batman arkaham knight next to the new suicide squad game. Max settings. It's hilarious and horrendous how bad new games are. We really did peak in the mid 2010s for gaming.

the only thing that gives me slight pause is the character looks a tad young
It's probably fine but I'm not interested in this kind of thing anyway. Not going to download and/or play.

I feel like people are cheering this on because they're assuming "feminist" means the kind of joyless harpies from the west that became main stream during gamergate. I don't know the most about South Korean feminism, but I do know that they've got some serious societal issues that in theory Korean feminists would be interested in fighting against. South Korea is extremely hierarchal, and while women aren't second class citizens by any means, they're not exactly near the top of totem poll either.

Didn't Korea's gaming industry have a huge scandal last year about some woman who snuck propaganda for some radical feminist org into a bunch of stuff?

They should tell that to literally every game made/produced by Yoko Taro.
Yoko Taro is a complete shitlord and I love it. The entire point of drakengard 3 was sex, and I’d buy it again.

Yeah I remember it was some small balls hand symbol or something.

Oh, and they may have cut a shower scene kind of set up where you can check your shower if a Nikke is in there.
Lol this makes it sound like hunting for Pokemon, except with waifus instead.

Let me preface this with me being old as fuck, the only thing that gives me slight pause is the character looks a tad young, is that just me being old and thinking any model under 25 looks like kid ?
There's been enough trannies, niggers, uglies, scowling girlboss feminists, dead eggers, and dykes in gaming, let's not look a gift horse in the mouth.

This is the first character in a recent AAA game that seems to play decently to not check ANY of those boxes. Let's enjoy our singular victory here and not pry defeat from the jaws of victory...

Her crying victim is enough for me to cheer on its own, I'm tired of victim culture bullshit, and her politics have no place in gaming, she can go make her own company if she wants.

A scandal in the sense that there was a shitstorm yes, but there wasn't really ever any real direction to it. Unlike with the Sweet Baby stuff over here where a specific company could be pinpointed as a source of grievance, the South Korea stuff was just random guesswork. As far as I could tell at the time it was literally just Asian gatcha players being so insecure that a handful of viral schizoposts connecting pinch emojis to some random stills in trailers for mobile games drove them to mental breakdowns. The thought process for it was literally "we have small penises, someone gestured that something is small, they must be talking about our penises." Some companies made generic statements saying they'd look into it, there was never any real follow ups and it faded away until the next Asian Nigga Moment.

These are the exact same people who had a huge breakdown a few weeks ago when Girls Frontline 2 had a line of dialogue that referenced a man. No particular importance beyond mentioning that some girl knew of the military having some other dude stationed in some other department somewhere, but the mere suggestion of a male is a threat to what little masculinity the average gatcha cumbrain has. The types of clowns who were safely tucked away in the whack ass crystal prison of Asian-only idol culture insanity have now been unleashed on the rest of the gaming industry by way of gatchashit. Don't pay them any mind or make the mistake of conflating Western industry dynamics with Eastern ones or you'll end up as fucking crazy and retarded as them.

The original thread was deleted, but I found an archive of it here. It was made in September 2022. The OP was fired from Shift Up because she tweeted in support of a Korean voice actress who was fired from Nexon for tweeting a photo of herself wearing a shirt that said "Girls Do Not Need a Prince." Neither of these involved women inserting their politics into the games they were working on, people are just having a knee-jerk reaction to feminists in the gaming industry because of Gamergate PTSD.

Research Megalia and WOMAD on these forums and you'll understand why Koreans were angry. As I've said elsewhere, they're femcels that make /r9k/ look sane or - God forbid - justified. The companies did follow up and found the employee in question did have association with one of these two orgs, she also had a history of admitting she was putting it in the PVs of various games which is why they took them all down to verify which ones she worked on. They actually started doing a sweep throughout their companies and that's why there's "feminists" saying you should boycott Stellar Blade because they were fired for being a part of a toxic movement.

As for Girls Frontline, that was China. Not Korea.

Again, read into Megalia and WOMAD from GookAnon. They are nothing like the feminists in the West.

Korea is the best, I don't understand why there's so much japanlove from dorks online when like 90 percent of korean movies are great and now they're starting to make good high budget vidya. Lies of P was my favorite soulsclone of all time. It's a shame I hate coombait characters, cause the gameplay for SB legitimately looks fun. Might buy in hopes I can change the outfit to Jeans and a shirt or some shit.

The South Korean feminist movement, IIRC, is part of the reason why porn is banned in that country. Although maybe because of the deprave shit that SK's waterside neighbor in Japan makes, maybe that ban is justified. And it's also because SK banned Japanese media almost outright at one point, I think, due to being salty for what Japan did to them.

Not just banned porn, but introduced the internet ID system so they can track down people who make defamatory statements about a woman's appearance -- basically what we do every day. South Korea is a shithole where everything is taken to an extreme. Again, to everyone in this thread, do not ever confuse their feminist movement with the shit we got.

It's proven that is the specific reason, that isolated incident involving a Tweet? I somehow doubt it, I can see her wearing that shirt in the office or spewing his filth on company hours.

Regardless, gatekeeping is good. Nothing wrong with firing her, she'll be nothing but a detriment to the culture she's injecting herself into.

This is the second most cucked thing ever, just behind the west doing that on behalf of trannies.

Again, to everyone in this thread, do not ever confuse their feminist movement with the shit we got.
It can't be any worse ideologically, ours produced the tranny menace.

My guy, they fantasize about raping little boys to get revenge against men and one actually did in Australia bragging about it on their forums. They actually broke into Nexon's daycare center during that VA getting fired - who was trying to sell a shirt that supports this organization - just to scream at small children that they're gonna be rapists one day and their mothers should have aborted them. I genuinely can't recall that shit having happened here, maybe it has, but I never came across it and yet somehow I hear about it happening on the other side of the planet.

I think they also want to sissify Korean men and cuck them with whites/blacks for some reason, like that was the whole thing behind the hand signal was to demoralize them and worship whites/blacks as superior men. They're ten times worse than what we've got. Like they're all kinds of fucked up.

Alright so I did a bit more research and found this article. it turns out that the T-shirt in question was linked to a feminist extremist group (I never thought I'd write those words together) called Megalia. So, I retract my previous statement, these bitches are crazy and I can understand their companies wanting to distance themselves. I usually just assume people calling women "crazy feminists" no different from leftists calling anyone slightly right of exactly where they stand "Nazi chuds."
