I got everything I needed from the first three minutes of the video.
1) "I am back to my bad sleeping schedule"
That lasted one day. She is incapable of sticking to anything. How hard is it to go to bed at night and get out of bed in the morning if you really want to? This has negative implications for any other changes she plans to make...
2) "I have been wanting to do some reading lately..."
Atta gorl!! Finally, you are thinking like a writer! What did you get? Bukowski? Dickens? Coleridge? Melville? Miller? Vonnegut? Joyce? I take back what I said in the last comment. Now you are making changes! Not only will reading broaden your horizons, improve your writing, and give you food for thought...it will even help you lose weight, I guarantee it. For once, I am proud of you, woman! Let's see, which classics did you buy? ...lesbian comic books?? Oh, brother. Can anybody in that house handle anything made for adults, or does everything have to be comics and video games? "A ten to thirty minute read", she says... So much for being engrossed in the world of ideas... "I have no issue with comic books..." No, you only have issues with grownup stuff...
3) "I take full responsibility for everything that is happening in my life" She can't even complete the sentence without adding "although I know depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain" Look at how she negates all responsibility in the very same sentence!
4) "I feel like it's very possible to beat an eating disorder with or without help" She is already setting it up so that she won't get help! She doesn't need help, she can do it all by herself! "You just have to be extremely strong" Which she has proven she isn't. She can't even stick to a diet for six hours; how is she going to be "extremely strong"? She is one of the weakest people who has ever lived. I heard it is possible to lift 500 pounds over your head too, but you have to be extremely strong. Most people, including strong ones, can't do it. "I have read so many stories on it before, it is very possible..." No help needed; she did all the reading.
5) "What's not possible is waking up one morning and completely changing everything and being this perfect person!" This one triggers me. Nobody said she needs to be perfect. But she needs to stop being a complete failure and a baby. It is possible to wake up one morning and change everything; those people she read about who lost weight did exactly that. Are they perfect? Of course not. Are they committed to weight loss? Of course, otherwise they wouldn't lose the weight. Did they wake up one morning and change? Yep. Otherwise, they would still be fat.
6) She binged like a whale after all those quasi-tearful videos. So all that "raw" emotion was absolutely meaningless. We stand here now and absolutely zero has changed.
All of this was covered in the first three minutes of the video. Nothing else in the video is important.
So, another cycle is now complete. Crazed binging, followed by tearful regret, followed by promises, followed by broken promises, followed by crazed binging again. Fucking unreal.
Memo to Amberlynn: Just die already, so we can move on to other cows. You are really becoming a bore.
Maybe we should send Amber Joyce's dirty letters. They scarred me for life and might put Amber off food for a couple of minutes
I really think she needs to drop Becky completely. Right now it is to Becky's benefit to let Amber have her way, because she pays for everything. If Amber were to lose the weight, she will lose her YouTube income, or at least her income will go way down, because she will no longer be a freak show. Amber has no education or skills, so getting an actual job will be difficult for her, and there's no way she'd be able to support herself and Becky at that point, and I cannot imagine Becky would be willing to be the breadwinner. Becky would be dead weight, needing to be cast aside like excess skin.
I would pay obscene amounts of money to pay Eric and Rickie's (mainly Rickie) real opinions on Amber. I feel like that would be the most brutal video ever
