Not really, it was the same rules for both. Both had to inform the other prior to them sleeping with someone else, both could veto, both had to have someone to sleep with. The issue from Destiny's perspective was that it was easy for Melina to follow these rules but much harder for him. If they both had to have someone but Melina was far less interested in sleeping around (compared to Destiny) it would limit Destiny to however much Melina wanted to go out. Fine for Melina but sacrifice for Destiny. If they could both veto but Destiny never gave a shit who Melina slept with but Melina was very concerned about who Destiny slept with, same rules but much larger limit on Destiny than Melina. What’s interesting about Destiny (and trust me this would be an easy way to genuinely piss him off) is he absolutely hates being viewed as a victim (in terms of being an ACTUAL victim, like if extreme shit actually happened to him he doesn’t want your pity). The guy takes great pride in his “independence and agency” as an individual, so if the molestation story is true, it can easily turn of his “awesome detached character traits” into a perceived long cry for help that people can just feel sorry about for him.

I don't think he denied anything sexual, and I'm pretty sure he has confirmed it that they fucked a bunch.
He implied she was way too clingy and rejected her some days going to his apartment, but that was because all throughout January-February he had a different girl over every three days, and end of February-March was when Layna was returning. So he didn't have any time scheduled to be able to see her.

He says he rejected being her bf because he was going to be single for a while, even Dan has questioned him about it in an AE episode, about why he rejected her and Destiny didn't want to talk about it or give an honest answer. Yeah, as you mention in your reply there's been many instances that he has hinted at it some more vague than others that only becomes clear if you already have it in mind. I decided to edit it out because:
-I genuinely can't remember whether it's a completely made up memory of mine. (I'd say I'm 80% sure it's real)
-I was a little unhinged when writting it because I genuinely got angry at this retard trying to discredit the thread even more than what I had already done by downplaying his interest in Layna throughout the EZlover and Blav accounts.
-Even if my memory is true, there is no way I can recover the 2016-2017 vods and prove it.
-If I'm not misremembering, he was never explicit when telling it, he was extremely vague and the vast majority of his chat didn't get what he was implying (because they are retarded)
-I don't think it's probably good to laugh at people for that, except for people like Max Karson, Melina, Lav, and their ilk, which I consider to be exceptionally annoying and broken people.
