random anonymous usernames calling someone a pedo or something slanderous on a gossip website would be a bit different than a streamer with a large following , streaming on youtube or posting on X/twitter calling another public figure a pedo or something slanderous . & Destiny banning random chatters on his own website & calling them pedophiles is different & possibly correct as he probably does have pedo viewers , we do not have the context, but the logs you posted were probably around the time of the mr.girl stuff iirc?
Some of those chatters are not anonymous and he often bans them on stream. DuncanCantDie for example is a way bigger streamer/influencer than President Sunday. The easiest way to prove your point would be to show cases where someone calls somebody a pedophile on the Internet without any specifics to that "accusation". Spoiler, they don't exist.

President Sunday is kind of funny when he's going after people who annoy me, but he's just a complete jerk off 95 percent of the time, so he ruins whatever cool points he receives. He does two things in particular that irritate me. The first is he fake yawns during conversations, and I can't stand performative behavior like that. It also irritates me when people fake laugh. And the other thing is he'll pretend like he didn't hear someone when they asked a question he doesn't know the answer to. "I beg pardon?" I'm pretty sure the guy is in landscaping, too. So you know he gets bullied like a mother fucker while he's around his blue collar coworkers acting like a professor. Sunday is the perfect example of someone who deserved to get shoved in lockers in highschool.
Every time he describes some gay streamer drama as, "serious stuff," I want to stick his head in a toilet.
Kuihman is no chud logic, that's for sure. When he went on Kick of Keep he was fairly polite and when his chat got on his case about it he was like, "i can't just go hard out of nowhere." Meanwhile, Chud Logic would.
He hates it when people point it out, but you can tell he came from DGG. He's got quite a few Destinyisms even though he points it out when other streamers use them. Poor guy never had a chance. Also he likes Sunday.
Edit: I asked a lawyer friend about the defamation thing and they basically said that in order for it to be taken seriously, you'd have to make a serious accusations where person A is trying to present evidence that person B is a pedophile. Just calling someone a pedophile publicly probably won't stick, particularly public figures. You'd have a hard time finding a lawyer to bother with it unless you had something like Destiny saying, "on May 5th, President Sunday came to my house and tried to rape me because he thought I was a little boy because of how short and scrawny I am."
But IDK how it works when Destiny is the US and Sunday is in Canada. But they're both faggots, that's for sure.

I don't really know anything about what would actually count as slander, but pretending that what tiny is recently doing to some random person on the internet a pedo is kind of silly. Lets check the vod:
- Tiny intentionally called donut a pedo: As this stage, i agree it stills fits on your interpretation of it not being an insult to take at face value.
- Tiny then expands to say that donut "had really weird statements about children" and "creepy jokes about children": Right now it is not calling him a pedo (slang), it is saying that he is openly a pedophile.
- To sign off, tiny adds "that's how i remember it, my friend will attest to that too", which is what, in my mind, really shows that tiny's intention is to slander donut.
So, all in all, Tiny is (1) is directly calling donut a pedophile, without doubt of it being the colloquial use of the word, (2) , he knows that it is a completely false statement (dans recounting of the event, the fact that tiny only started saying that AFTER donut joked about him), and, more importantly, (3) he knows that what he is saying is slanderous, and tries to qualify the insults in a way that he can fall back to unprovable things from their encounter (with emphasis by me): "i THOUGHT that's what happened", "that's how I REMEMBER it", and "my friend will attest to that" (said friend was never confirmed to be TT, so it could be anyone else).
All that to say that even tiny is aware of how slanderous the statements are. So even if tiny thinks its a possible lawsuit, why do you feel so compelled to pretend there is no way he could be dragged into a lawsuit? Not saying that he will be, but it is already out of his hand, if donut wants to push some charges it would not be crazy. Even I can see through his meth fuelled 3d chess he is playing against his own schizophrenic head, and i am literally a retard posting analysis of other retards retarded actions, so imagine how someone more capable and with a motive could easily justify a case for slander.

I don't think people with the humilation fetish just accept all forms of humiliation. He only wants to be humiliated by women because only women turn him on.
