I'm starting to buy into the theory Hasan had full confirmation about the Melina aspect since his friend Willneff hooked up with Melina. Wouldn't be surprised if Melina reached out to Will after the divorce, Destiny mentions Melina was telling several people he was abusive. The way Hasan corrects the story especially with the Melina part suggests he is very confident in the details on that part.

Hasan also pointed out that Loner is just clout chasing Destiny, and that Loner is upset because he is realizing he hasn't grown his own fanbase, but that its artificially inflated from DGG

This entire part is so weird because it has nothing to do with right or wrong or even the letter of the law. If someone's recorded private sex videos before, that does not mean that anything goes. There is no loss of legal rights for a woman who has appeared in pornography videos, even those willfully shared. LEGAL MINDSET MORE LIKE LEGAL DICKSUCKER made a good point on his stream. There's so much interest in watching Destiny get knocked on his ass that every law channel on youtube would be willing to help crowd fund Pixie's lawyers just because they'll make more in super chats. I think he's 100% correct too, we all know people will toss money at that. I'm no legal mind but (I believe) it's not even relevant to his case. "Oh she's a whore who shared porn videos herself!"
