it's like two kids fighting over who is better, Superman or Batman, except they're adults. It's just pathetic.
The difference is that the eternal conflict between Superman and Batman at least is of some interest whereas the nose size of a character in a more obscure piece of media is of none whatsoever

I miss when cartoons didn't all have retarded fanbases like this. When Courage the Cowardly Dog was running, you never saw shit about how Courage was an aceflux demiqueer ccvhfktyoihty6oi59-sexual who was triggered by that shitlord Eustace.

That's only because Tumblr, and the fucked up culture it has created, didn't exist yet. Back then, the worst you'd see is creepy yaoi fanfiction and rule 34. Not that that shit isn't bad on its own, but now its mixed in with all this Tumblr bullshit, and the result is a massive, swirling hurricane of pure autism.

It was still retarded back then. It was just a different kind of retardation - one where people parroted the opinions of John K. without a thought, and where people creamed over Toonami and cried when the Cartoon Cartoons were more popular.

It was arguably never as retarded as it is now, though.

Tumblrinas think that stereotypes are representation
and they also think segregation is better than to "cutural appropriation"

They're like a mirror image of what they claim to be. They want to be MLK, but they're more like the KKK.
