There is more and at present i have a very liberal Christian trying to explain what that quote actually means. Thankfully the good people at westboro Baptist Church have my back with a long list of non provocative quotes and slogans i can reply with.


Edit: the whole copyright thing is becoming more common, the proper legal answer is that copyright law is complex and on the internet even more so. I could write a long essay on what exactly counts as a copyright violation. However im enjoying the hysterical screaming, this is my stock reply, i dont intend to post everytime i use it but this post sums up most of those interactions:

I have a theory about the link between Steven Universe and autism. When you think about autistic fanbases, series that immediately come to mind are Sonic, MLP, and Homestuck (specifically the troll characters). What's the common link between all of these series? The characters are built from templates. This makes them both categorizable and easy to build new ones. Steven Universe probably overlaps so much with those fanbases because all of the magical characters follow a similar set of rules: 1. Named after a rock 2. Brightly colored like the rock 3. Personal weapon 4. (optional) Built by combining the designs of two other characters. This appeals to their natural instinct to sort things.
