Wait did that movie come out already? Someone link me.

is a good place to view the new season. I don't think the film is out yet.

It's kinda interesting,

He's basically taking on the role of reforming an autocratic slave empire that commits weekly genocides.

Ah, yes, a movie that's just an extended finale to a cartoon definitely belongs in theaters and will surely attract a wide audience.

I'd show up to record a film like that Dashcon guy. It would be good fun.

And we’re back to filler this episode.
Basic Writing Guidelines: You can't just put filler in the middle of a major story arc!

I was just looking at the teaser for the next episode and uh...

You see it too, right? I can't be the only one that sees it. Little kids don't need to see this shit, Rebecca. What happened to "gender-less with she-pronouns?"
It must be a bad quality pic, because the trailer I saw had lines intersecting all over the legs so it doesn’t look as...like that...as the pic implies.

Steven or Pink Diamond because they are literally and figuratively one in the same
One thing that still bothers me is why hasn't anyone tried telling the diamonds Steven isn't Pink Diamond but her son? Do they all think hed be killed on the spot? I feel like the Gems and how they reproduce wasn't really thought out here, same with the show itself considering how many seasons there are.

At it's core Steven Universe had a potentially interesting concept but it was handled so fucking poorly it just ruined itself.
"Hey, see these neat shapeshifting gem lifeforms? Well here's a whiny, annoying fat kid!"
Seriously, most of the characters kinda sucked. The only one I really liked was Peridot because she was an amusing spaz. Everyone else was either uninteresting, poorly developed, or just unlikable. And Steven himself just... I didn't care about him at all. I thought their "every episode MUST revolve around Steven" rule was nothing less than a monkey wrench thrown into the gears. It limited the show so horrendously that I just couldn't watch it most of the time.
