Is Rationalwiki actually getting more antisemitic?

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Talk:Norman_Finkelstein

Calling the Holocaust unique is an insult to Armenians?
Say what?

What say ye to the spergfest (again) on Black Lives Matter that seems to have to do with Antisemitism (again) http://rationalwiki.org/w/index.php?title=Black_Lives_Matter&curid=174341&action=history ?

You must spend a huge amount of time combing RW for borderline anti-semitic refs. Have you done a 'tism test?

Are you saying Antisemitism isn't one of the blatantly obvious problems with RW?

Small fry compared to the real problems there. I would suggest that whatever anti-semitism you seem to speciliaze in digging out is pretty well balanced by the site's thorough debunking of "it was da jews" and other conspiracy theories.

Also Kiwi Farms exists mostly for the lulz. There is nothing terribly funny about RW's anti-semitic takes, be they supposed or actual. Not a lot to milk there.

Avenger? Arisbosch? Is that you?

RationalWiki has many problems, but racism (or "antisemitism") isn't one of them. Insisting that it does is dumb and says more about you than RationalWiki.

I am surprised you did not work out which of those two this is. I did a while ago :) . Obsession with Mona, finds anti-Semitism around every corner......... just missing an essay on train travel.

But that's all fine as he is not banned here unlike the other option you mentioned.

Putting anti-Semitism in quotes kind of raises an eyebrow.

We don't have a special words for racism against blacks or Latinos or Asians (at least not in common usage)? Why do we need a separate word for racism against Jews? I don't like the word, and I (probably) never will. I've certainly never seen a good reason to have it. Many forms of racism have a long and "rich" history, and many forms of racism have been (or still are) very ugly.

The biggest advantage of just calling it racism is that it makes it more obvious just how many accusations of antisemitism are tenuous or just complete bunk, which will only help in fighting the *real* racism against Jews.

Since when is Jewish a race?

And like many modern leftards, looks like this fella from RW has obliquely referenced how he too supports POCs that use terrorism to try and get what they want over the dickish government that outside of that is democratic and tolerant to people that those POCs want to throw off a building and honor kill.

Complete nonsensical non-sequitur that couldn't be further from the truth.

"Jewish" can be seen as both a religion and a race (or ethnic group, as it's more commonly called these days). It's complicated, and many edit wars have been fought on Wikipedia over this (like Bernie Sanders recently).

So Ethiopian Jews and Sephardic Jews are members of the same "race?" I don't think so.

To claim there is no reason for a word for hatred specifically of Jews is ludicrous and ignorant. It is also hardly unique. When referring to hatred of Hispanic people, there's "Hispanophobia." Even the Romani have their own term, antiziganism. The fact is that Jew-hatred holds a unique place in the pantheon of prejudice.

Also, anti-Semitism holds a particularly fond place in the hearts of far left SJW weirdos like Mona Holland who infest Rat Wiki.

I can think of someone who thought Jews were a race. He wasn't known for his fondness for Jews and you could even call him an anti-Semite.

Jesus Christ, what the fuck just happened in this thread? I just popped in.

Apparently I'm a Hitler sympathiser because I disagree in what is basically just a semantic discussion.

I didn't say that. I said that the belief that Jews are a race is commonly associated with anti-Semites and you seem to have a peculiar desire to erase anti-Semitism as a phenomenon and, apparently, object to the very existence of the term.

If Anti-Semitic isn't need then couldn't the same be said for Islamophobia as both are prejudice against a religious demographic? I'm confused what counts and what doesn't then.
