I would honestly wait a few days before locking it, but keep it in mind the twitter may be compromised, but he still has the Skype where people can get content, however, I'm beginning to agree.
 
Closing the thread because of ween involvement now would be just granting them a victory over something we knew was going on from the beginnings of the first Striker thread. The content is known to be tainted, but keeping it up for the people who want to discuss him regardless imo overrides the fact that he's tainted. The more openly aggrieved people are about a :ween: who no longer has any reason to play with our rulebooks, the more it's enjoyable for people like them to do this shit to annoy us.

Yeah, but ironically Strikerwolf is too retarded to pick up on subtleties like that. It would probably work more on Lolcows that are delusional and egotistic, like Brad Watson or ADF at the right circumstances because of their need to spin even the smallest of concessions into great victories. Also, closing the thread would require him to read the thread, and if he read the thread, then he would see the suggestion to troll him by closing the thread...

It's almost like a catch-22, strikerwolf is compromised and it makes sense to lock the thread, but locking it may have the potential to grant some content.
 
For now, just post the Striker stuff which are funny and nothing to do with the trolls involved in it unless they are funny (just ignore the cringey ween involvement stuff). We're here to laugh after all.
 
Personally, I think having Bertram to laugh at alongside Striker is an added bonus.

In a group of 5k people, surely someone would be down for that. I don't know how that would physically work, nor do I want to think about it. :cryblood:

Striker would probably die of a heart attack waiting in line for the elevators. There's only 4 of them, so during peak times quite the line forms. There's plenty of stairs if you don't want to wait...

Also I'm pretty sure I saw one person with the :striker: wolf mask at the con this year...

Strikerwolf lives in New York, I don't know where Midwest Furfest was, but I highly doubt he had any real intention or plans of going.. I don't think he could make the commitment of driving 1000 miles away, planning where to stay, for a furry convention in another region.
 
I dunno. Boogie manages to get to gaming cons with effort and assistance... But people genuinely like Boogie and want to meet him.
