I have never spoken out loud to him in my life. I have tried to communicate in Morse Code via blinking, but results have been inconclusive.

He is NOT, stop lying! I know a lot of obese people develop diabetes. However, they don’t drink giant overly sugary gross drinks, which I often see him drinking.. Therefore Jon is not diabetic, because only a complete moron would consume those drinks if they WERE diabetic.

They're very standard lower mainland newer build condos, and yes, very small. Langley isn't like an estate. People are paying good money to be there and the residents are functional, normal people who keep their buildings in pretty good condition

I believe Miriam bought the two properties after selling a larger one, didn't she? Is that verified, theory, or something I hallucinated? Also when he bought in WG it was much more reasonably priced. You know he'd rather be in the West End but that was never happening.

The Strata responded, denied everything, pointed out that he filed in wrong venue, asked for costs, and if it proceeds to trial they are asking for 10% of what Jonathon was claiming.

That's 10% on top of costs correct? Costs could easily be 3/4K alone.
And should they be awarded it? a lein on jonnys unit.

Yes, Mariam sold a unit in Greenside Estates for about $500000, which would have been enough to pay off any unit she bought and put down a good downpayment on pedo boys unit. It wouldn't have been enough to buy both units outright, as I believe each unit was somewhere around $300000-$350000 at the time.
