I'm quite happy for him to be as confident as he was before the BCHRT decision...hopefully he'll get another hell of a face slap.

Has he done anything to earn any money other than court this year?
I don't see employment, or even looking for a job.
All I see is him by himself indulging in internet cosplay all day, like it's all a game.
I'm waiting for the trial for the Chris shit, it will all come out.
I pity his lawyer.
I hope there's a mole in court for his trial recording, the tapes will be priceless if it goes anything like the HRT hearing.

Not to mention the precedent it would set. Not for the general public but for Yaniv himself. If he gets even $1k he will file another lawsuit immediately. They need to squash him and have him deemed vexatious. No matter the cost because initial outlay of settlement is nothing compared to future costs defending against him and others looking for an easy windfall.

Jurisdiction is, well....jurisdictional. Lack of jurisdiction cannot be waived. A court without jurisdiction is without power and any act or purported judgment of a court sans jurisdiction is without legal effect.

Especially because Yaniv is well-known for his tactic of filing frivolous litigation just to get a settlement from defendants who would rather throw a few bucks at him than spend much more than that in defense costs. They know that if they don't oppose this, Yaniv would know that suing the RCMP is a piggy bank for him and he would certainly do it again, repeatedly.

That’s how he got a few thousand from some of the immigrant women he sued for not waxing his balls. They paid him two or three grand to go away, knowing they’d be up for much more to defend themselves legally, even if they won.
City of Langley, the RCMP and even the Strata will be better served to just spend the money to spank his entitled fat ass, so he cuts it out.
I almost wish I was on their legal teams. He’s setting himself up for a major loss.

The best sign of this is that the Strata and Town of Langley are using the same law firm, so hopefully they can see the pattern in his extortion attempts and either refuse to negotiate with him, bring his behavior to the court's attention, get him declared vexatious and additional review required for future filings.
The lawsuit he filed against the officer who was assaulted by Miriam and Ilana will be the one that backfires on him and finally sinks him. He can't file it as the plaintiff on their behalf, so it is going no where. Plus, it is a crime to attempt to intimidate law enforcement by filing personal lawsuits against them while there is a pending criminal charge from the incident. PLUS there is evidence of him doxxing and intimidating the officer on social media! He's cooked. Especially, as now the attorneys will all know him from his previous ongoing vexatious filings, and will be more likely to push for maximum repercussions against him. Additionally, if they were not aware of his vexatious nature after the previous filings, this one will make it very clear.
ETA: I also noticed he filed the claim against the officer at the Abbotsord registry, not the Surrey one where the previous cases were all filed. Perhaps they got wise to him at Surrey and stopped waiving fees, so he is trying to find a venue not familiar with his scams?

The thing is too that information is so easy to find about him once they catch onto the scam. Thanks to Meowmix and the countless hours they put into creating a one stop depository of all his social media, victim statements, and legal history these attorneys can quickly reference who they are dealing with and obtain contact info for prior victims and their attorneys.

City of Langley and/or RCMP pay their legal bills with other people's money. Getting Captain Troon declared vexatious would obviously be in the public interest.
There really is no excuse for one of these parties NOT to file a motion to have Shithead declared vexatious. Hell I'll draft the papers for them!

They can, and have. The smart play here for the Strata would be to move for fees. Since Yaniv clearly cannot or will not pay, this gives them leverage to drop a lien on his unit.
That would be the smartest thing they could do. Counter for lawyer fee's (which they would be entitled to a portion) Once they win they can attach to the unit and file a lien. If he doesn't pay up, they can force the sale of the unit. Fingers crossed

Yaniv is the moving party. Judges tend to look suspicious when the moving party suddenly wants a change of venue. One wonders if this request might offer an opening for the defendants to put Yaniv's record of frequent questionable litigation before the court? I mean he had no hearing problems on Monday, or Tuesday, why this subject has not been raised in any of his dozen or more local court appearences this year alone. Nor has he once requested accomodations for hearing imparement. Hmmm?
Edit; Not that any of this wll matter as both Courts are unquestionably the wrong venue for Yaniv's complaints. So it will get tossed before the Judge even reads his change of venue request. I believe their is a specific Tribunal to deal with Strata/Owner disputes? Correct?
