I started playing World of Light again this week.

After I got Sephiroth, I used him for one of the hardest spirit battles, where Pauline is possessing Peach and she will run away as soon as you get near her while Mario and Donkey Kong run interference. You probably know which one I'm talking about.

I went in with Sephiroth armed with a Staff and climbed up a ladder so I was even with Peach on the other side of the map. I fired the Staff. The first shot was a critical hit. The second one earned the victory.

Mario with the hammer never got anywhere near me.

The only other time I could remember beating this level was the time Peach jumped off a ledge to her death, and that was on the twelfth or thirteenth attempt in a row.

I couldn't beat that one until Sakurai told me how to do it in one of his videos. :roll:
 
I brute-forced all of World of Light as Kirby to tie into the whole “Kirby was the only one to survive the initial flash” theme. ALL of it.
The second time has just been me with the characters I like.

I'm slighty dissapointed that there is nothing from other final fantasies, but at the same time, at least it is not the bare minimum like cloud was in the beginning of ultimate.
What was the reason of him having only two songs/spirits?

Would dog ear records(the one with Nabuo Uematsu) be the culprit? Would be strange, because they made the intro to Brawl and they also made music for xenoblade chronicles and the last story.
Would it be bad blood between them and square enix? That would not make a lot of sence either.

Could be any number of culprits, really. Some songs have different copyright holders in different parts of the world, who Nintendo would have to negotiate with to use the songs in those territories. Some songs may of had multiple copyright holders. Its basically the Tatsunoku vs. Capcom situation again.
 
I'm pretty middle of the road on the music we just got. I would have rather had the originals and not the remixes or the Advent Children mixes. I turned those down to zero. The Turks theme and Costa del Sol not being there is the worst part.

I personally would've preferred the battle remixes from the remake. Mako Reactor Battle and Rufus Shinra are masterpieces.

It's obvious he has a boner for Advent Children and I say let him have his fun. The amount of bullshit he has to deal with from all angles is insane. Pretty sure he's getting death threats now over Geno.

At least Geno got another Mii Fighter costume. Mallow doesn't even get a hat. *sigh*
