I'm just hype for new song mixes. I barely started playing the game on Yuzu but I have no friends to play it with so whatever lmao.

I’m seeing people play as Sephiroth right now, so you can beat him and unlock him early if you bought the DLC and beat him.

I mean I am only decent at Smash so I probably couldn't tell you what you want to know. He is fun! Long range and high damage. But I doubt I can use him effectively.

He definitely has some tricky moves that a high skill player can use to fuck with other high skill players. That wall cling is pretty fucky and I expect those spinnimg balls of death are going to royally fuck someone in a tourney before long.

Shadow Flare can be reflected back at himself. I used Joker’s Makarakan and Sephiroth tagged himself with five spinny death balls.

He feels a lot like Byleth lol.
Definitely struggles against rushdown, most of his specials being charging dependent and his foward air being deliberately useless in short hop hurts a lot.
However, when you kill someone at 60 at the ledge with a one wing armor smash attack or mega flare from halfway across the stage it feels sick as fuck.

I started playing World of Light again this week.

After I got Sephiroth, I used him for one of the hardest spirit battles, where Pauline is possessing Peach and she will run away as soon as you get near her while Mario and Donkey Kong run interference. You probably know which one I'm talking about.

I went in with Sephiroth armed with a Staff and climbed up a ladder so I was even with Peach on the other side of the map. I fired the Staff. The first shot was a critical hit. The second one earned the victory.

Mario with the hammer never got anywhere near me.

The only other time I could remember beating this level was the time Peach jumped off a ledge to her death, and that was on the twelfth or thirteenth attempt in a row.
