Super Smash Bros.

I recorded three replays before downloading the patch. It pretty much myself facing off @KingofManga420 with awesome results. Keep in mind that I recorded them off my phone so the quality is not the best.



This is before the other two when I was getting used to the roster. Also it has a rather interesting ending.

It's not really new. It's modeled after his voice in SF64 and its the same actor that played him in the 3ds remake of it. It's really jarring at first though I agree but you get used to it.
 
Been playing a bunch of For Glory matches and I came across a couple good Shulks which makes me happy. All I have to say that Shulk's air slash when used in the air has good KO potential.

Got my copy as a birthday present, my brother and I played a few matches against each other and had a blast. I liked all the little details put in, such as being able to play as either a male or female Robin, Bowser Jr.'s alternate skins being the Kooplings, ect.

Can't wait to play more tomorrow.

Shits been pretty fun. I'm kind of a pussy and never play For Glory but I think I still upset a Little Mac by being Peach and spamming my ass slam. We even ended up in a sudden death and I ass slammed him to win. Just a good game go buy it.

Just a heads up for everyone, For Glory is for babbies. Go play on Smashladder.com if you want REAL competitive action (I.E. not just fucking Final Destination)
 
Does anyone else got any of the Amiibos? I preordered Marth through I might pick up a Kirby. My Marth is around level 16, I not sure what to do with it's stats. I might mess around for the learning experience. I want to make a great Shulk when he comes out. Too bad, Amiibos are restricted to offline.
 
I'm gonna get an Amiibo eventually. I'm thinking of picking up Peach, DK and Samus right away. And Ill also get Ganondorf and Zero Suit Samus when they come out.

I'm starting to realize what mains to go for. Shulk is my main I use very often. Link is my second since I really like what they did to Link. I might also make Samus as my third since I'm starting to like her moveset. Her down tilt is awesome.

Well, been playing smash 4 on the wii u quite a lot and... just outright fuck smash tour to hell. It's basically if smash run had all the fun parts removed (like, say, the actual meat of it) and replaced with a board and three players that exclusively screw you over (they'll ALWAYS target you with things like Wolfen which completely ruin any chances you have in a match) with the worst modes at the end of SR several times and a "random" system that of course, targets you exclusively.

And they made it mandatory to unlock a stage. I don't give a shit how good Pac-land's meant to be, I am not going through that bullshit three times over for it.

I've actually noticed this in any given single player mode. Level 8 CPU's, three against you in regular Smash? They don't bother to fight each other 85% of the time. Maybe throw one punch or too two. It's really fuckin apparent when you are dropping back into the level after being knocked out and they are just hanging out inches away from each other for you to drop.

So I have 4 Amiibos and I think my Peach one is some kind of genius. Idk where she learned it. I've been setting the 4 of them up in 8 player smashes at 99 stock while I'm doing other shit so they can farm me gifts and she consistently beats the three other Amiibos and 4 random level 9 CPUs by 10-15 stock.

I've watched her a few times. She's fucking deviant. She literally just floats around away from danger while everyone else just takes each other out and when she can get a KO in she will strike and then retreat. It's fucking insane.

Gotta say, I'm really enjoying playing as ROB. I don't remember him being all that great in Brawl, here though, I'm kinda digging his style.

I also like playing with King Dedede. Very satisfying knocking someone out with that big ol hammer.

As someone who mained D3 for a while yes indeed. I just wish that his Gordos didn't come back to you 3x faster than when you launch them. That's retarded.

Of course, since its Japan its absolutely stupid. Not to mention its still way too early for tiers but who the hell actually thinks this?

A hour on a half ago, I just had the most awesome FG match on the Wii U version as of right now. It was me as Shulk with my opponent playing as Mario, in Gaur Plains with "The valedictory elegy" playing. It got very close down to 18 seconds when I barely won thanks to Shulk's vision counter. Those are the type of matches I love, where the match becomes so close, it becomes a mindgame in a way.
