Based on this page, another difference is that he tortured both Superman and Batman equally by just having them do a lot of manual labor originally while his faggy little eagle pecked at them, not rape or bdsm, and both escaped together (assuming this crappy wiki isn't just as full of bullshit as any other wiki).
 
It's from Superman: Red White and Blue #1. I own the issue for the Yoshitaka Amano cover, and the cover is the best part of the book.

The stories are absolute garbage.

Because reasons. Also according to the gay wiki, in the old version of the comic that the rape story is based on, both he and Batman were both tortured by the villain (lifting heavy rocks and getting pecked by eagles), but now in the new version its just Superman who gets tortured (+rape and bdsm), and had to be saved by Batman.

Another one involves making Superman feel bad for not stopping heroine dealers.

Arguably not as bad as the rape one and it ends with them not shit talking Superman or treating him like a racist for not helping ghettos, and not blaming him for anything, but I still hate that I wasted time reading it in hopes of finding something funny. I honestly thought it was going to add with the black dude (who I thought was Lex Luthor) telling Superman to go to Hell for not saving his junkie mother from her heroine addiction, but instead he praises Superman and thanks him for inspiring him. The other two stories are about a 5th dimensional moth stealing all color in some 2deep4u allegory about how'd better off we may or may not be without different colors, and the other is about Superman as a kid with his parents in Kansas and how he made friends. Overall just dull or okay at best, but it would've been better off without the gay rape shit and Superman being an absolute pussy about it. Hardly the greatest Superman story ever and I'm not sure why its getting treated like that.

I remember a gag in Drawn Together where Captain Hero dressed up as a slutty teenager and got raped. The entire thing was played as a joke, because he's an obvious Superman riff that could've easily torn them limb from limb (and he can't fall back on morals as a reason not to, considering he tosses his entire home planet and everyone on it into the sun later that same episode).

And now DC expects me to take the real Man of Steel getting his butthole resized at face value.
