I like Doctor Who; it's one of the only shows that's currently on the air that I still watch. I hate the fanbase, though, and don't really talk to anyone about it because of that.
I watched the first five seasons of Supernatural when I was in high school and my freshman year of college, although I didn't really care about it after the second season. It got really boring and stupid, and I personally think they should have ended it at that point, which was the original plan IIRC.
I have never seen an episode of Sherlock, and I don't plan on it.

I like to think they did. I also think that's why they went on about how Clara (his current companion) should accept him despite the fact that he looks old and has a new face in the first episode of the most recent season/series. Gotta keep that spergy cash machine running.I wonder if they went with an old, cranky doctor just to troll the hell out of their tumblr fanbase.
