Hey @Null so I did get a phone call back (or i'd clip the email) from Nevada SOC people. There was a bit of loss of translation because we all speak the same English but I digress, hit them with an email and probably need a PO box.

If anyone else is on the LLC name you'll need your minutes and a notary or both members can sign off on it. If you need any other help I'll try to make it on more than once every month or so. But you should be good, even with the little loss of understanding, probably want some form of address settled. A PO box is not a big expense.

If it is literally a post office box at a post office I don't think I can register an agent to it unless that is NV specific.

They have PO boxes that are rather pricey, for holding corps, Nevada123 has them, you can get PO boxes at other shippers as well. I used Nevada123 until we acquired property. I'm sorry I can't help more.

ok yes but then the issue is Nevada123 has to deal with tranny harassment and unless i get a promise in writing then I might as well just pick any other agent in the world. I really don't want to pay tons of money and burn through agencies and have to constantly refile incorporation documents. "state registered agents" is something I can google.

If ALL you need is getting served legal papers, some states let you designate the Secretary of State or some similar official as the registered agent. They won't do anything more though (unless there's some state that actually does).

Which?

Well, there's New York but I get the idea that's probably not the best state. And it's not an optimal solution because all they do is forward legal stuff. And it still needs some physical presence.

I mentioned a while back I sent some BTC from PayPal to try it out. I've now been banned from PayPal, not sure if they finally noticed and blocked the Farms BTC address or if it was one of the other super-wrong-think things I've sent money to like MATI via DonationAlerts or the French Arcade site.

Where do I go to donate again? Is there a specific amount that you need to tip to gain True and Honest Fan status?

Ok, so I am fucking retarded. I have about $34 worth of BAT in a wallet on Brave. I am trying to send around $23 worth of BAT to the ETH wallet. Every time I try to send the BAT, I receive an error that I have "insufficient funds for gas fee" even though I place the fee above the average. I assume that there are high gas fees because I am sending crypto through my wallet directly.

I believe that what I should do is create an ETH wallet or add money to BAT wallet in Uphold and send it through that. Probably around double or more worth of a cryptocurrency that I want send. Just want to make sure so that I am not overspending or underspending.

Speaking of BAT, now that you need to link either Gemini or Solana, is it still safe to send tips or will you get banned/blocked for it?

Looks like they either don't give a shit, or they haven't gotten around to deleting my account yet. Donate at your own risk, I guess.

Ok, this sounds ridiculous but... can I buy @Null a US savings bond? You can't cash it for a year but I get the impression Josh is playing the long game. To buy a bond for someone you need:

- Full name
- Social Security Number (or Taxpayer Identification Number)
- TreasuryDirect account number

I feel like Josh has been so extensively doxxed at this point his SSN is surely already out in the public but I just checked doxbin and much to my surprise it is not. I'm guessing you're not in a hurry to give that out. And a TIN requires a corporation, which requires a registration agent, which has also been a source of difficulty of late. So maybe it's infeasible as well.

I also don't see an option to send an anonymous gift so I guess if your treasurydirect account got hacked they would know who the weirdo was who sent you a savings bond. (Maybe not - their website is so awful it wouldn't surprise me if there's no way to view that.)

Still, in line with your other conversation in the situation forum, I do like the idea of using the U.S. Treasury to do the transfer since they don't have the luxury of banning folks for saying unkind things about trans people.
