Specifically a non-breaking space. I downloaded it and that's what was in there.
I used wget to get the entire site. Docs just contains an index.html file. Should have found out sooner.

So, I just went to check the files again, and lo and behold, I wasn't able to get to them anymore.
Odd, given I checked them just before making my prior post.
But it was a "host not found error" which is odd because I'd expect a different error if he fixed the problem like a normal person...so I fired up a proxy.
Lo and behold the files are accessible (via reverse engineering) again.
It seems he's blocking IPs or IP ranges which try to access the files. All the other DNS entries worked correctly except his and that changed within the last few hours, and works when I access from literally anywhere else using a proxy.
This means he probably knows how to look at up the IPs in the access logs, so consider using a proxy if you're going to go poking.
Also Hi Greg! Now we know for a fact you are watching the thread on a minute by minute basis.

Related, I just checked the "files.rar" someone else posted on mega and the link gave me a corrupt file, which may be my fault, but either way I'll get a full and complete accounting of what I found there on mega later today-ish since that file, if the correct size, does not contain some 450ish meg zip file which was also in the batch.

I found the content by just doing a google image search of his phone number lol. I doubt anyone could get in trouble for viewing something that's publicly available. In that they are both pathetic embarrassments who inserted themselves into this mess and are now ruthlessly mocked for being idiot losers, yeah. As long as they keep sperging we're gonna keep dunking on them too. It's cathartic and at least with this guy I'm thinking there are a few more skeletons left in the closet for us to find. His time being a low-level court functionary and GOP gopher in the 00's seems like a nice era to start digging for a cringey online presence. That high-level sperging didn't start from nowhere. He's been doing it for years before twitter.
