Wait... those are all real titles?
Yes. All of these are titles. And I know for a fact this is JUST on my end, meaning there's even more the others on the podcast have ready to assail your eyes. Or actually enjoy, since for a while we've been showing off books we like too.
Also where's your youtube?
@Corn Flakes beat me to it.
That would be Dice Scum.

Which reminds me, I need to watch the Dark Sun stream properly. I had it on as background noise while gaming and forgot most of it already.
It was fun to cover; my one regret was we couldn't spend TOO much time on the Wanderer's Journal since the setting itself is pretty nicely detailed too.

Horse Girl: the RPG.

Text:
You are a woman in her late 20s. Life has not been kind to you, as much as you have tried to make things work. Your career was a mess, you were estranged from those who were supposed to love you, and you felt utterly lost in your life, not knowing who you were and what you were supposed to do.

But things changed when you met Him: a handsome, intelligent young doctor who came into your life and saw the light in you where everyone else saw emptiness.

Like you, He’s lived a lonely life. Deep beneath His confident personality and self-assured composure, you know that there’s a vulnerable, forlorn little boy who just wants to be loved. To love Him became your purpose. To truly live was to live with Him and for Him.

As time went on, you fell deeper in love as you grew further and further away from your friends and family - to the point where they barely seemed to exist anymore. That’s okay though. No one’s ever made you feel the way He’s made you feel. With Him, you finally feel safe.

So when He offers you a room in His mansion where the both of you can live together in bliss for the rest of your lives, you say “Yes!” - even if the sole condition is that you’ll be surgically and mentally transformed into a horse.

An entirely new body and mind is such a small price to pay for a lifetime of peace and happiness, you think.

Horse Girl is a solo GM-less journaling game in which you will document your surgical and mental transformation into a horse by the love of your life.

Content Warning: This game includes grotesque body horror, torture, dehumanization, bestiality, pregnancy, sexual situations, and consenting to having horrible things done to you by someone you love. Read and play with caution, keeping in mind that you can take a break or stop completely at any time.

This game was directly inspired by "The Wretched", by Chris Bissette, and by The Wretched & Alone SRD. This game was created using "How to Make a Wretched Game" by Litza.

Dedicated to all those who have had their lives irreparably ruined by the choices they made while under sound mind.

Inspired by such lovely, lovely films as:
Tusk, The Human Centipede Trilogy, Boxing Helena, and Equus.

We need a Turbo-Islamic Content tag.

That's not even an RPG, it's just someone's kink laid completely bare.

Fixed that for you:

And just so this isn't simply a reaction image post... like... what brings people to think that 1 - there are enough people interested in that sort of shit that it should be made public, and 2 - that it should be published anywhere either way?

I take solace that this shit looks like it was ripped out of a Geocities-tier website, and I dearly hope it's a parody. But unfortunately in Current Year I'm half expecting Horse Girl 2.0 to hit Kickstarter within the next few months.

Whoever took the time to write something like this and make it publicly available is undoubtedly deep in whatever niche fetish communities that get off to this stuff. However many people there are who would pony up for this game (uh, no pun intended), the person who made it has probably overestimated it because he interacts with them so regularly. We can only hope this doesn't become the furry fandom, where a bunch of isolated weirdos met over the internet and somehow managed to spread their sickness far and wide.

How is this even a RPG? From the sound of it, it's just this guy expecting you to write his erotic Tusk fanfiction (why is that a thing) for him. There's no interactivity, no decisions you can take, no way you can influence what happens unless you go entirely off the rails. Even those terrible thirsty lesbian games expect you to bounce your stuff off other people, but this? Branding it as a "game" is just shorthand for "I'm too lazy to make my own sick fetish material, let's trick randos on the internet to do it for free".

This is beyond "magical realm".

I could see a metaphor for troonery here. How far would you be willing to go to stay "loved and "happy"? Convincing yourself that you want to be there while your body and mind get changed into something inhuman?

I guarantee you this fetish community is infested with troons.

It almost seems so grotesque as to be a parody of transsexualism, but considering what I've learned about the transformation community in my time lurking the Deviantart Horrors thread I can't say anything is a parody for sure.

Some kinks should be shamed.

Are you sure this isn't a parody? I know Poe's Law has taken one hell of a beating these days...

Nah they'll get one of the freaks who does furry transformation commissions for that Ryu guy.
Venger Satanis got some preggo fetish artist to do art for his book of photorealistic cyberpunk hyper-pregnant women smoking and drinking. There's some real weird people out there. It's posted somewhere in the last few pages of the tabletop games media thread but I can't be fucked to find it atm.

Horse Girl: the RPG.
Redundant. You can get this in a much cooler form playing a Chimeric in Deviant, and you even get the added pleasure of possibly getting revenge on your creator.

Because it's not. There's no game elements, no consequences. You're dead on in saying this is someone wanting a ghost writer for their transformation fetish nutting.
