Small update to this, a my mini factory creator (marketplace for 3d printing designs) alleges that the company "BrandShield" (on a cursory google, a company that apparently GW has used in the past) is the one used by Factory Fortress inc to do the takedowns, and they report that etsy sellers who had been selling his designs have been hit by automated takedowns
I'd feel bad for the small sellers/modelers except they saw how absolutely turbogay TC was and still attempted to make product for it, so get wrekt.

although, to be slightly fair, their licensing requirements always listed that sellers always needed a retarded A-OK from Factory Fortress if they made shit for profit, so the etsy sellers are being hasty and jumping the gun, its not quite a rugpull, but its very clear that they have a really retarded way of setting up permissions and enforcing their IP takedowns
Free - Obviously we don’t own the concept of a weird WW1 setting with religious undertones and we’re not going to pretend that we do. You are free to make whatever you like. However, please do not use our name or any official material.
Diceverse Minitures was deactivate by Etsy do Copyright Infrigment reported from Brandshield.

Trench Ghoul Sarcophagus Mine
Naval Heretic Anointed (4th Bestselling Model from us)
Naval Artillery Witch (That hurts)
Trench Hellhound
Warlock of Goetic Arts

The Naval Priest seems untouched (Yet)

No Trench Crusade or other Flagged tags was in the Title or used we only push the Models hard with ads and they was in the Top Listing so they came on the Radar.
From what I can see, only Artillery Witch and Anointed are names used by Trench Crusade, but Diceverse's models are pretty distinct from the official models.

the warlock is technically also pretty close, to art, though, i suppose its not quite chapterhouse and the tyranid invasion spore since art exists of it, but the model doesnt exist, and the hellhound doesnt either, as far as ive been seeing , not even in rules, it exists for the nurgle-esque plague faction, but a hellhound doesnt exist proper in their range at all, either text or model

The models are still live in STL form, so they clearly have an OK, but the AI niggerslop they got to enforce doesnt really give the etsy retards any leeway

If I had to guess I think the Hellhound might be a stand in for the War Wolf (it's even modeled on an I beam like it) and I'm guessing the Warlock was replaced with the Death Commando since it feels pretty similar.

Good catch on the hellhound, the scale seemed off so I didn't really count it, but the beam detail matches, but they also have a commando proxy

The warlock AFAIK has no bespoke model from factory fortress yet

Sorry, I meant it might have been replaced by the Commando by Factory Fortress since the lore for the Warlock seems to be "these guys are so super duper rare and can damn the souls of a thousand Christians per minute by existing on the same battlefield thanks to its sicknasty super satan powers" and the Commando has the same design elements of tall, lanky satanic super soldier as the Warlock.

Makes sense, they were really fucking slow in their releases and the sudden bamboozle to plastic was the thing that ended up explaining why they kept most of the factions monopose in a game that encouraged mordheim weapon kitbashing.
I'm utterly curious on how sales are going for the currently released plastics, I still maintain that even something as disjointed as OPR probably has a better chance at the actual FLGS market than Troon Crusade, and apparently Konflict 47 is doing okay as far as alt history shit goes. They really chose the wrong time to try and forcefully pivot, OPR had people who were willing to preorder their plastic shit in droves, if OPR get their shipments out without issue its going to reflect poorly on TC and I'm going to be the first in line to laugh at them.

On the one hand, they're filling a niche the company fucking refuses to do by actually releasing product for people to use for these games not being released out for people to play, and seemingly being run more incompetentky than Degenesis. On the other hand they are scalping these cattle and exploiting the fact TC can't run a fucking chicken coop, let alone a company.

I mean you hit the real story which is the TC runners are utterly incompetent such that 3rd parties are a more reliable source of minis for their "game" that doesn't even has a finalized ruleset or lore (other than Muslims = Great, Euros = Bigotted Oppressors responsible for ending the world, and that somehow Aztecs flaying people alive and eating their hearts = Side of good) and all the butthurt in the world won't change that.

But I guess this like people making 3-D printed Pride-themed buttplugs in the "get woke go broke Try to bandwagon the 'Primary Selling point:We aren't Gamesworkshop' latest fad without proper regard for the wokie lolcows running it, get AI automated curbstomped by them like they are woker, commier Gamesworkshop using the very same take down service" crows coming home to roost as they get fucked this quickly is hilarious.

...I need to work that motto a little, admittedly.

I know Snipe (like a lot of fat girls in male-dominated hobbies) is a she/they, but I am increasingly convinced with every video they put out that Wib is going to eventually troon out too. Like, maybe not a full trooning, but if you notice him wearing nail polish in a future video or navel-gazing on Twitter about how "I'm just not feeling particularly comfortable being referred to as 'he' right now, guys," I want you to know that I fucking called it.
Snipe started identifying as a she/they nonbinary around about the same time she started to get fat. She looks a bit like Kathy Burke now.

As I say, I am increasingly convinced Wib's got a few gender-skeletons in his closet (and tranny porn videos on his hard drive), too.

I thought, at first, that these fingers were Snipe's, given the nail polish. But no, wait... They're too thin... They're not 'sausagey' enough... My God...

IT'S HAPPENING!!
Update on the 'Wib trooning out' front - he made a reference to 'gooning' in his latest video, and he seems to have let his (thinning) hair grow out. He also talked about long-time friend of the Snipe and Wib channel, Longfang, buying him Transformers in a very 'My wife's boyfriend lets me play Nintendo Switch' type way, but maybe that's just me.

Anyway, this is what he used to look like, compared to what he looks like now.

What do we think? First the tranny coloured Space Marines, then the nail polish, now this. Is trooning out inevitable at this point?

AWWW SHIT. I CALLED IT, GUYS! I FUCKING CALLED IT!! IT'S HAPPENING!! IN ALMOST EXACTLY THE WAY I PREDICTED, BACK IN 2023!!

WIB TROONING OUT IN 2026! CONFIRMED!!

Well done, even including him involving some space marine bullshit in one way or another. Lets not get too excited though, back in 2023 the a-sexual soy was strong with this one. You look at them as a couple at any point in the past decade, and that "man" has never done a masculine thing in his life if he could avoid it. And the only things going on in that "relationship" with his life partner or whatever the fuck is a mutual autistic sharing of a couple nerd hobbies and the rent, as well as maybe occasionally getting pegged by her.

Huge (233k subs) ex-40k animator/lore channel Janovich came out with an anti-trench crusade video, im currently around the middle and its a dry but thorough look at all the issues they've had with 3d models so far and Factory Fortress' incompetence at fixing it, alongside with a general highlight of how most of the team behind it were blustering, incompetent morons
edit: it was mostly that, i didnt expect a mention of the great de-chuddening and there was none, he dismisses it in the first minute or so but it was still pretty much a lowlight of their general missteps in managing the IP

Reddit. as expected, has no real rebuttals and just goes "but janovich was always a clickbaiter, people in the comments are hecking chudds!" with no people saying who have watched the video

I just finished watching it and while typical, I agree with what Janovich said in the video,

So reddit being reddit. I looked at the thread and there was even a comment about how much more expensive GW is than Trench Crusade. 8 prussian whatevers for $50, $6.25 a model. GW, 10 space marines for $65, or $6.50 a model. GW guardsmen, $53 for 10, or $5.30 a model. And that's at full MSRP ignoring that I can easily shop around for 15% off online. Yet somehow GW is more expensive?

I'll even do them a favor by pointing out another company. AMG and Star Wars Legion. ARF trooper box, 8 minis, for $58 or $7.25 each. Clone trooper marksmen 11 minis, $55, $5 each. Range troopers, 7 minis for $50 or $7.14 each.

It's almost like TC, GW, and SW are priced roughly on par with eachother when you actually look at the shit. But they still want to beleive TC is cheaper? I can also find SW Legion at a 10-15% discount as well. Can't do that for TC. These people have no idea about anything within or around the hobby, they don't play shit, and are still jerking off TC even though they predictably fucked everyone still on board with their nonsense before even finishing fulfillment of kickstarter minis. They're weird corporate sycophants in a parasocial relationship with a company they want to pretend cares about them.

even the GW skirmish game, killteam fairs pretty favourably, they're much more expensive kits, but, for the most part, they're one and done purchases with only a few needing a 2nd box to complete a roster or le "optimal" choices and most of the kits are better value per dollar, the faction they choose to have a plastic kit, the antioch prussians, are the cheapest faction points wise, so you'll have enough for the first game of 700 ducats, but will have to buy another box (which will have more elites that you have a limit on) or you'll have to stack on more equipment, which is funny, because afaik from my skimming of the reddit, Antioch is the one faction that benefits more from getting more bodies on the table than upgrading individual troops beyond the basics, which the assembly guide for the most part recommends (as seen below)

So, if the players buy the lone official box, they'll be stuck with a team that favours numbers, but has none, and are expensive to boot, with sub optimal builds that wont do well (afaik, i have no idea if its the same with the rework) New Antioch is the faction i see get the most spergery because its the easiest to kitbash for (just get your regular WW1/WW2 dudes, slather on some garish washes on them, make a cross out of sticks, and you're done), but they're the imperial guard of the setting, where you have to be clever with overwhelming amounts of basic dudes with shit shooting/fighting, with decent commanders that buff their mooks, and they arent event tough commanders for the game, afaik, Apparently the hell troopers are the easiest starter faction.

It's been a while since I had taken a look at the TC rules, and I knew they had wargear but differentiating between trench clubs and trench knives, while also needing to buy combat helmets on a per model basis(and then track all of this shit unless you're playing 100% WYSIWYG down to the fucking helmets) is absurd and further reinforces my hypothesis that most of the "fans" talking about Trench Crusade not only don't actually play it, but never played anything the hell else either.

Dismissal of anything "Chud" related was the smart move. He stuck to the meat of the issue and got his point across without sounding like a mouth breathing mongoloid. Good video and a nice deconstruction of the issues people were having with the game and company currently.

The equipment system and even some of the weapon special rules is pretty much a 1:1 of how Mordheim worked, difference is that Mordheim is a cult game that mainly had grogs playing it before the internet made it popular as an old school alternative to modern Warhammer
Compare the basic weapon list of core mordheim (disable every supplement besides "core") with a TC weapon list, some like the knives, shields and two handers have very similar rules or more or less do the same

If you just look at TC as just uber edgy soy Mordheim it all clicks, the creators took advantage of a little Mordheim renaissance when it comes to autists starting to play it and collecting 10+ years worth of rules into very handy websites and just stapled the art and setting to it.

I know mordheim had crazy detailed equipment lists(and that TC just tried to copy a lot of it and ride a nostalgia train that turns out wasn't worth much), but it was also militias, mercenary bands, shit like that in a fantasy setting. Not parts of regular armies that wouldn't opt to send troops without helmets in the early 20th century with a centuries long ongoing conflict(I'm aware ww1 didn't start with everyone having helmets, but we're also talking about a setting with power armor and shit). That level of detail is fine in something like a TTRPG these days where you're tracking your own sheet, not a dozen at a time. This kind of shit is why battletech as well as it's doing in spite of not having a major update and multiple attempts to kill the franchise, can't grow at all.
