I don't have a big problem with them. I knew a guy who worked at one and got really pissy if somebody said around him that they got uncooked food because apparently their shit comes from the warehouse pre-cooked (or did at the time) and they just warm it up there basically. So you might get shit that was left out too long but not uncooked.

Most of their stuff is okay. I might give the fried chicken thing a try but I'm not that optimistic about their fried chicken attempts.
 
I get the 12 taco box thing, with the dorito tacos, and a huge drink from a 7-11 maybe fifty feet from the Taco Bell. Great for late night gaming sessions.

I suppose I don't really miss 'em, but when it came to competition next to "The Bell", it was nice we had anything. Love it if Jack In The Box shows up someday!

I've been pretty immune to Taco Bell though, I suppose the 16 years I've spent working at one build me up quite a lot. A while back they tested a new product right in my hometown and had to do this ad just to act like our opinion mattered!
 
I usually go there just to mix it up a bit. Their 5-layer burrito isn't too bad, and the price is good. Though i'll always laugh about it, Taco Bell hasn't given me any bowel distress, except for the Steak Doubledilla, which while pretty great, is gastrointestinal cement.

Also, the breakfast steak "scrambler" burrito is totally on-point, love it.
 
Is it sad that they happen to be the most consistent and best fast food joint in my state barring Chik-fil-a? Because besides taking too long to cook my food, I almost never get food from them that's shit or makes me shit.
 
Honestly, though, Taco Bell is probably the most vegetarian-friendly fast food joint I've seen.

Somebody I know is a vegetarian for health reasons, and I've seen them order any of the things on the menu you could imagine, but they substitute the meat for potatoes or beans without any trouble or extra charge.

I don't know, I just think that's kind of nice.
 
No real reason for them when you have places with 24 hour taco shops, but they are ok average I guess. Del taco is nasty af tho and I don't understand the appeal of them.
 
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food but kind of out of default. A lot of the other places near me are plain nasty. I do love nacho cheese more than I should. My favorite TB (now demolished to make room for a Buffalo Wild Wings)even had a built in Pizza Hut. You get to put nacho cheese on your pizza for goodness sakes!
My only complaint is that the steak in their soft tacos tastes like cat food.
 
I live in a town that has several fast food options but not TB. We did have one, but they built it in a gas station way the fuck out in nowhere, so it closed when I was 13, sat empty a long-ass time, became a terrible diner, and is empty again.

I could eat Taco Bell all day and not get sick of it. That said, if there is a Del Taco nearby, you bet your ass I'm going there too.

That's been my mode too. Sad though you're town can't even afford a TB location.
 
The Crunchwrap Supreme and Beefy Nacho Griller are the only things I will go to Taco Bell for.

Unless I'm getting a mini pizza meal from the one with the Pizza Hut express in it.

You're lucky if you got one of those! My town never gets those combo types.
 
The chicken chalupa... actually isn't that bad. It's also bland enough to eat when you aren't in the mood for a buttsplosion.
 
I have to admit, with some of the crazy shit Taco Bell's put on their menu of late (like that naked breakfast taco, the naked chicken chalupa, the chicken nachos that are coming out this week, etc. etc.), I would not be surprised if they actually did put the "Diarrhito" on the menu at some point.

And I would totally eat it.
 
Have any of you tried or seen the new Naked Chicken Chips? I saw the sign on the window while driving by yesterday and was concerned yet interested. It kind of just looks like triangles of fried chicken that you dip in nacho cheese.
 
I don't go to Taco Bell because I can walk down the street to the sketchy food truck run by illegal immigrants and order a burrito al pastor the size of a Hartley Hooligan for 3 bucks.

The Taco Bell marketing team is so bad at their job. Cutting tendies into triangular shapes doesn't make them chips and breading chicken doesn't make it "naked".
