I came across a great confirmation of just how dumb a bitch Taylor Lorenz is. She's good friends with fellow retarded 'reporter' @oneunderscore__ Ben Collins (1988-02-17).
This year, she was going to get cupcakes for Ben with his age on top. Just one problem. She knew his birthday but not his age.
So she searched it on the internet.
That's right, Taylor Lorenz, who supposedly has done a lot of reporting on internet disinformation, couldn't tell that her close friend was not twice as old as he actually is. She just saw some shit on the net and believed it. Now, Ben doesn't look 34, he does look like a 44 year old pedophile, but he doesn't look like he's in his late sixties.
EDIT: Turns out I'd posted Ben's real birthday on this very site before. If Taylor had just gone to a RELIABLE source like Kiwifarms she would have gotten Ben's age right. SAD

Cloudflare tipped her off. This had happened 3 TIMES. It's clearly their policy and they obviously caved. It's a corporate tactic to feign responsibility and wokeness.

And thousands upon thousands, including criminals, drug dealers, pedophiles and terrorists. However one random threat being up for 14 minutes on a tiny forum is UNACCEPTABLE. The way he frames it was like we were plotting something.
Hey dumbfuck, this site is monitored 24/7 by probably half the agencies of the first world. If there was a credible threat, they would have been on it like white on rice. Null was contacted within hours of Sig's threat and ban, and that shit was up for even less time. There's nothing credible.

Is that a timeline they would follow w/ any other site? People fedpost on facebook and twitter every day, often times that shit can stay up for hours or even days (or if its a threat to assassinate Trump, seems like it awards the twitter user with a bluecheck). I understand fedposter deleted it himself, but a mod probably would have noticed it within an hour, a fairly reasonable timeline considering in the scheme of things, this isn't a huge site.

Law enforcement often requests stuff stay up, stuff that gets deleted right away can cause problems with evidence in court. Twitter and Facebook are doing what they're probably requested to do. A lot of the stuff like child porn they don't delete, it gets hidden and kept on their servers so they can turn it over. This is all public knowledge the companies tell everyone this is how they do things. Every terrorist/etc. researcher will tell you that having forums public is the best case scenario because it means things can be easily monitored.
But we get a fedpost for 20 minutes and Cloudflare says they told law enforcement all over the world about it because it was a real danger? Bullshit.
