She's not completely wrong, though. There is not lasting immunity to any respiratory virus because of their own nature. That's why we, in theory, need vaccines every year. But what she doesn't say -and many people conveniently ignore too- is that these types of vaccines aren't really that much effective. People working in healthcare needs them because they're heavily exposed to virus and pathogens, but normal people really don't.
Taylor ain't afraid of covid, though. She's afraid of viruses because, my theory is, she's a germophobic. You know why I think that? Because there is a (small) link between germophobia and racism/classicism. That's why she needs $20 toast avocado... because $1 toast avocado is for dirty, poors, ewww... those poors are gonna make her food dirty and she's gonna get sick. This is waaaaay common among progressive people, they disguise their classicism and racism with "I'm buying expensive things because it's the best, cleaner, and healthier", when what they really mean is that they don't want something that has been touched by someone who is inferior to them.
