Feedback Technical Grievances

I use a bookmark for tor link/login and when I get redirected after the login it does the proof of work again which then fails with an error.

I can however just load the site again and there is no proof of work and I am successfully logged in.

For some reason brave tor will let me watch embeded KF videos but if I see the same embedded video on the actual tor browser I just get
"No video with supported format and MIME type found." not sure what's causing it.

Reddit said "I believe NoScript blocks larger media elements by default. You should be able to enable media in NoScript without compromising your anonymity."

So play around with your privacy settings until it works or use brave.

Mr. Null, are you aware that NordVPN appears to be blocking kiwifarms.net? I typed this out of habit and discovered that on my NordVPN connection it cannot resolve kiwifarms.net. I tried with servers in a few different countries. It loads fine via Tor. This has actually been happening for a week or two but I just assumed it was some technical issue related to downtime. I can't see why it wouldn't work unless someone has chosen to do this.

Nordvpn is not blocking kiwifarms. The clearnet domain is down for the moment. Tor is the only way to access the farms until Jersh can find a suitable way to ensure it stays up instead of playing whack a mole with dong gone and his rot pocket squad.

Ran into an issue accessing the site just now from Tor where even the HTTPS link was spitting out "Onionsite has been disconnected" errors repeatedly.

Only way I was able to connect successfully was by attempting to go to the clearnet site and following the instructions posted on there. Even then, it hit me with a "potential identity leak" warning, then kept erroring out on the botcheck until I removed the botchecker portion of the URL. Then it loaded just fine.

Odd thing is, once it loaded fine, the URL I used was already registered as my bookmark for the Onion site. The very same bookmark that was spitting out the aforementioned "Onionsite has been disconnected" errors just a couple of minutes or so prior.

So I have double verification, problem is the verification code doesn't always reliably send to my email. I'm having to use backup codes(and I'm running out). Is there a member of staff that can look into this or is it something on my end?

I cant do any reactions aside from "llike" on mobile
Limitation of the TOR browser, which doesn't treat a longish press as a hover. It's something which was fixed a couple of versions after TOR forked firefox. They would need to backport it.

the Brave browser is based on chromium, right? would it have the same issue? The tor browser developers seem to be kinda dickish about adding or fixing useful features, i suspect they are focused more on accessing illegal content then making the tor network more accessible

Yes, but on my desktop, Brave has a similar issue where the reaction bar won't stay open when I hover over it, but to work around I just drag the "Like" so I can hover over the reaction I want before clicking on it.

(There's no Brave on mobile that can access Tor, as far as I'm aware.)

Magic technology man explain to me.

On Tor my browser never gets past the ddos protection.

Tor worked previously under kiwiflare until some point well after keffail's crusaid.
Aside from browser updates, I haven't changed any settings and made sure it's security was on the standard setting.
I left the browser open on that page for 12 hrs, and it never progressed.

For whatever reason Brave's Tor works just fine.

I have the same issue but on PC tor browser only. Tor browser works fine on mobile.

I got avast on both, malwarebytes on pc. Phone is android, pc is win 10.

How can I fix it? Should I try Brave Tor? Is it microsoft or malwarebytes? Do I need to fiddle with tor settings? I checked its https.

sry fam, I never bothered to fix it, I ended up preferring brave over tor.

try reducing your tor safety standards for the farms (though I have shields up but scripts not blocked and it seems to work fine)
