It's because Europe has multiple Tier 1 ISP's as it has numerous separate countries that are combined the size of the United States whereas the US only has a handful as we developed our internet infrastructure as more or less a united continent. Additionally, the United States more or less pioneered the internet and has been on the cutting edge resulting in many universities supplying the tech employees for these ISPs. As such, they more or less know of each other, network, and probably belong to the same industry LGBT affinity group. How is it that US ISPs keep caving in? Isn't the US the nation of freedom that is superior to other nations?
Edit: I expected Germany to block the farms by now. Keffals was in the mainstream newspapers in September. Even in Austria. Germany loves censorship but nothing happened about the farms. They try to get rid of telegram but not the farms?
