Was having problems with a 50mb video but not so much anymore, trying to move onto my 200mb videos but they stop uploading themselves and die. Could be 30%, 60% 100% or even 3%, they just stop, die, and leave a blank box on the bottom that cant embed and disappears when you refresh the page

Maybe, but this has been a problem for me uploading since I made this account across different devices and providers. I always assume its because of high traffic since other times they upload without a problem.
 
This is one I don't even care about, but sometimes the site accuses me of being a time traveler.

@Null you removed all the crypto donation links at the bottom and also removed the line "the k-farms is made possible from contributions from viewers like you" which made the following joke I made in a community happenings post null:

yes it has been an issue with the back button for 10 years now. xenforo loads pages with a "now" timestamp coded in the html which all relative dates are compared to, instead of your computer time. if you load a previous document from history, that timestamp stays the same, so it causes issues. this is supposed to keep the times consistent but it just causes people to annoy the fuck out of me with "XD 1 HOUR IN FUTURE" complaints every other day for 10 years.

I think having /s showing up as /sneed could be bothersome in specific circumstances.

It doesn't activate if I do strikethrough text, however if I want to save the BBCode in text using the [PLAIN] tags, it will transform it: [s]text[/sneed]

Not really a priority, but I don't think it's a good idea to have text with slashes transform to something else, due to potential conflicts with the BB code.

I've been having similar consistent issues trying to upload any video file larger than 10 MB for a week or two now. Still occurring as of a couple of minutes ago.

The really short, small clips load fine.

Anything larger than 10 MB hangs at random percentages like the above user described. Some of them even fail at 100%. They hang, then eventually give the Contact your System Administrator error message.

Using Brave browser on desktop from clearnet.

Refreshing the browser and trying again doesn't seem to make a difference beyond getting it to hang at a new percentage.

Wouldn't you know it that I've been hitting my head against the wall for weeks with failed uploads, then finally got a 60 MB one through <10 minutes after officially bitching.

I am also having this same issue using Brave, but it is not consistent. It can take up to 30 seconds to load a new page sometimes. While this is happening, I can load lightning-fast on other browsers and on mobile. Tried VPN on and VPN off while logged out.

Yeah, they can also use the string /ignore just like for reporting as well, /report at the end of their profile URL (in case there's no posts, although that'd be a very niche scenario).

I didn't even know there was a filter in place for that. Now that I do, I request that it not be changed because we're all (supposed to be) adults here and you shouldn't need to "tag" your sarcasm. Anyone who does so deserves to be made fun of, including with wordfilters and any breaking of actual tags thereby.

If that was the reasoning, to mock people who use that to convey that their post was sarcastic, however I can still use it if I wanted to: /s

All I did was make the slash bold, as long as any BB code separates the slash from the "s".

The main thing was that I just think it's a bad idea to have filters that involve special characters (such as slash, or square-brackets, etc).

And that break the strikethrough tag. Or any tags with /sneed anywhere in them. Don't break BBcode please.
 
Yo! Talk mad shit about me if this has been covered, but my Alerts/notifications are a fucky. I click the dropdown and get the 'Oops we ran into some problems' pop up.

If I try to go directly to the alerts url I get 'this page isn't working, KF is unable to handle this request'.

It doesn't matter to me in the slightest, but thought I should let you smart kids know.
