This is an issue with XenForo. It will never be fixed. It has to do with caching. I don't know why people keep reporting this. If you refresh it fixes the timestamps.I'm not sure what happened with Turkey Tom's thread, but it seems the order of the posts was messed up. For example, a post made 17 minutes ago is above a post made yesterday. Not to mention, I couldn't get the thread to be marked as read as well.
Still having the same problemCTRL+F5. I think that should be fixed
I think I mentioned this before too, but I'll risk repeating myself and say I agree and endorse this idea.EDIT: Small suggestion, but adding a separate page to see all the active sponsored posts would be cool.
I think possibly not. I had an issue with an avatar I made for someone the other day and I've just responded to someone else who is having a similar issue here. I made certain that the issue was not one of caching. Different images were being served depending on connection. I had originally thought the distinction might be between Tor and non-Tor but I've had the "same" image served as different images on different Tor circuits (one I was not logged in on but shouldn't be relevant) and on different VPN connections clearnet. E.g. someone's avatar has different files for different connections.CTRL+F5. I think that should be fixed.
Yes and no. I am being served different images per connection. A VPN connection gets me a .gif file. One Onion / Tor circuit gets me the same .gif file whilst a third Onion/Tor circuit gets me a ".jpg" file.
The .jpg file is of course a gif. But they are not the same file but different extensions to be clear - different dimensions as well as file size.
I made an avatar for someone the other day and it showed up for some people seemingly quickly whilst for me it only showed up much later. And this was not an issue of a cached version of the image, I made sure of that. I had thought perhaps it was a TOR vs. VPN issue but now testing with yours I see that even via two TOR connections it can be different.
There is clearly some propagation delay going on since the new system but more than that, perhaps, as there is a different file extension being applied (same image name however).
As an aside, the site does support animated .webp which is what I have begun using for animated avatars I've made here. There's an oddity though in that they are re-encoded no matter what I do and something about the re-encoding strips out frame delays. I know this because I wanted to have an animated image that only changed after a long delay. A bit of a "did I just see that?" effect on people. But that proved impossible. I could do it by adding lots of repeated frames at the start of the animation but then the file size was huge. Or I could just encode a ten minute delay between the first and second frame (something you can do with .webp but not .gif). However, whatever forced re-encoding Null is doing, strips that. And the re-encoding happens no matter how small I made the image (data and dimensions) so far as I could tell.
EDIT: I half feel this is worth raising with Null, as you're the second person this has confused now.
In the upper right there is a box marked "Search" type "Invitation" and search this thread.I can’t do anything with my profile because it defaults to the void invitation code shit
I wanna update my pfp and shit but because the invitation box is empty it tells me to go fuck myself lol

Dang, it actually works! Thanks Null. Was wondering if I had to use Waterfox again.Ctrl+f5.
I just had an uploaded image not show up, and after refreshing the thread, it appears attached to the (as-yet unposted) post about a dozen times. Event though I only tried attaching it twice before refreshing,And I can't seem to delete the redundant attachmentsit took several page refreshes before I could get rid of the redundant copies and the post looks fine now but if there are a dozen screenshots of the same Matt Forney tweet claiming sex slavery isn't real in a cache somewhere, that's why.
When uploading an mp4 video it doesn't immediately show, right clicking and opening the video in a new tab gives a white page with "Not Found". After a couple of minutes the video is there and viewable.

I have a similar problem when uploading images, thumbnails don't immediately show in the uploads panel, or when inserted into the message. After a couple of minutes they are there. Closing the browser and logging back in doesn't help.

I'm using TOR browser 15.0.5 It's no big deal I thought maybe it's just one of the quirks of using TOR browser.
That anti-DDOS thing used to work on the toaster I also use (browser is only 5 years old), but the new one does not. At least I'm not limited to just using said toaster now.

Not sure if this is relevant, but I think I found a workaround. I requested the gif itself directly from my browser. The image that showed up worked correctly, but had a significantly smaller filesize. I saved this file (from KF) and reuploaded it to my account, it's been working so far. We'll see if if holds.I think possibly not. I had an issue with an avatar I made for someone the other day and I've just responded to someone else who is having a similar issue here. can you track the network and give me a report? people keep saying this but I am able to dump 1GB files without issue and I'm sick of retesting this. like ANY information you can give me. i feel like i'm being fucked with at this point. just give me an error code, ttrs-id from the response headers, like anythingi cant upload a 200mb video without the uploading failing
