Tell something embarrassing about yourself - TMI farming thread

I remember one time when i was 12 years old, I was at my jamaican friends cookout. It was already pretty awkward as i was some pasty white kid in a gathering of around 20 or 25 big black guys and gals.

Later on, I went to go and get something to drink, so i went up to the drinks table and poured myself a glass of something that looked like fanta, or normal orange juice. As I was walking back to my friends table i took a sip and thought it tasted funny, so I went back to the drinks table and asked the guy who was talking to his mates;

“Yo, uhh, do you have anything else to drink? this fanta tastes weird”

The guy just gives me the weirdest look, and look backs at his mates and they just burst out laughing, I’m laughing too as i don’t know whats funny but then he just tells me

“Nah rudeboy, thats rum.”

I felt like a complete retard, but then he shown me when the actual fanta was, still laughing and all.

(PS: unsure about the spelling on plaintain, was unsure if it was plantain or plaintain, if there are any jamaicans on here im sorry)

(PS Again: So this thread was just people taking the piss. nice)

I unironically suffer from mental retardation, like, legit stuff. And my favorite game of all time is 2017 Prey, which is a shame to say as the hopes of having a Prey 2 were completly demolished to the negatives 2 weeks ago, and it's also extremely hard to explain this game to people, so i just end up sperging absolutly nonsense to people everytime i try to start up a conversation about it or just gaming in general.

I was the kid who wasn't paying attention and super walked into the girl's restroom at summer camp when I was like 11, luckily I dipped back out fast enough not to be noticed or see anything.
 
I cannot go to bars, clubs or loud parties due to my autism. The music, rooms crammed full of people, having to move around in the dark and shout at everyone, it's way too much. I can go to concerts, but that's different because I only have to focus on the performance.
