Inactive Terry A. Davis / Terrence Andrew Davis - Creator of TempleOS (formerly LoseThos/sparrowOS)

Our mental healthcare system is so bad. Our current medications for schizophrenia are really bad. Imagine what he could have done with really good care and drugs that actually work rather than just cosh you into submission.
Not to mention our social look at people with schizophrenia as unpredictable monsters who need to just be thrown into a nut house and left alone with no help. "Out of sight out mind" - Societal issues

Agree. We don’t really understand schizophrenia at a biological level. I suspect that several mental disorders are linked on a deeper biological level than we currently see, and that various manifestations like depression, schizophrenia, mania and psychosis are really just different ways of the body expressing the same underlying issue. The diagnostic criteria are subjective and they overlap, and there’s no bio marker for any of it. Yet we use incredibly strong drugs, and allow people to accumulate damage from that and untreated illness.
Most schizophrenic patients are a danger to themselves far more than others. We just drug them up and let them rot. It’s inhumane.
Mark my words - 25 years from now we will look back in how we treat all these disorders (schizophrenia, depression, bipolar etc) with absolute horror and wonder why we didn’t realise they were all the same thing, just presenting differently depending on the person.

Terry was so many things. Tragic, comedic, commentary, educational, inspiring, saddening... All tied up in one wacky, intricate package. A true oddball for the ages. Like so many such people, it never really ends well.

I think its apparent he will always be a persistent talking point in the perception of mental illness, especially on the internet for a long, long time.

All I can say is I hope somehow or somewhere he found the purity and the answers that he hoped for.

I still love that his location showed Lithuania
[/QUOTE]

Given that he went home to Mr. GOD on 8/11/18 the date on that tweet might give some insight into whether or not Terry has posted it or someone in Lithuania impersonated the King.

Hard to believe it's already been two years. At least Heaven is free of CIA niggers. :semperfidelis:
He did his work.

"Maybe I'm just a bizarre little person who walks around from place to place."

I'm sure we all look like that to you now from up there, big guy. We miss you, fuck those guys who messed with you whilst you were alive, they couldn't handle purity.
That line gets me every time. Terry was pure not putrid nor a drain on society.

Whats the name of the one piece he's wearing in 2018? looks comfy
😭 looks like a snuggy from those infomercials.
I'd rather wear his seeming optimistic smile and bright light in his eye's.

Ain't it funny how we never appreciated Terry until he died? Kinda shows that we take our beautiful lolcows for granted. For example, Barb is probably gonna die soon, and there's no way Chris will survive on his own. When he dies, the same thing will happy. Maybe the point to take away from this is that we should appreciate the lolcows we have, while they're still alive, since lolcows are unpredictable, and you can never truly know when they die...

Late me, but I didn't even know Terry Davis had died. I knew about TempleOS from a friend of mine who's super into programming, but I never really knew the whole story, and... damn. Just... damn.

This was an A-grade, certified, bona-fide son of a bitch, crafted in the image of the Almighty God to do some wild shit in his appointed time. Reading up on this just makes me feel like I lost something I never even had in the first place. Rest easy, cowboy. I hope the good Lord kepta temple of fineries just for you to see.
