I hope this is true. I looked into it a little and it says that the Terry Davis on courtesy hold is 39 years old. Maybe they just typo'd 49. I'm optimistic. There are websites that keep track of fatal accidents in Oregon, I couldn't find any victims matching his description in the past few months. They're based on dispatch reports for emergency services so they tend to be fairly complete & update with names.

Terry might have hitched a ride to central WY, gotten locked up on a psych hold, and a clerk at the sherrif's office mistyped his age. Or, it might just be a different Terry Davis.

Last known video/sighting on 8/11/18. The library name is listed in the comments. He apparently frequented there for a while so that seems to be the best place to search

[EDIT] might be worth noting that some public Facebook posts with the tag “Sorosis Park” have mention of being able to see the smoke from west coast fires (thumbnail of post attached). If Terry is alive there’s a chance he saw the smoke and relocated.

They're just standard reports. They include names in the case of arrests, but not accidents. I'll go through and see if I can find anything resembling Terry. Of course it's shittily organized because its a local news site.

edit. I went through all of the For the Records for the month of August. Terry was not mentioned as being arrested in reports by The Dalles Police Department, Wasco County Sheriffs Office, or Oregon State Police.

Nobody was incarcerated in the regional jail reports matching Terry's name or description.

The only traffic accident with a fatality reported in The Dalles by the paper was that of a tractor trailer driver on August 6th.

No new articles on the fatal train accident that took place a short distance from Terry's last known location have been posted. That fatality is not listed in any of the For the Record reports. As noted before, the victim was a man in his 40s and believed by The Dalles Police Department to be from out of town.

It is not confirmed, but I personally believe it to be true. While TheTemple was sockpuppeting Terry on social media, he would have had to be sockpuppeting more than one member of Terry's family, who interact with each other in real life, convincingly enough to put up fake posts about Terry's death on accounts which are credibly members of Terry's family. If he did that then he'd also be the one responding to people's inquiries about his death to his sister's account. That isn't even getting in to ongoing drama about his inner circle of fans possibly stealing from him and locking him out of his own website. We will probably never know for sure unless we find an obit in the next week or so. As other noted, the conspiracy and doubt surround this is more than fitting.

Last video he put out was on Aug 11th so unless he’s Jesus and can rise from the dead I don’t think it’s Terry.

I skimmed through the discord video in that article (its 55minutes) and towards the end when no real evidence appears to be provided and people are asking if it’s true and some spergery later @The Temple says “if I’m wrong then dox me.” Then suddenly the discord is deleted and all his shit just vanishes..

Regardless of if he was lying or not, it’s a pretty tasteless and retarded move to offer your dox in exchange for some easy-to-acquire evidence

I have uploaded caps of all the For the Record reports made in the month of August as well as the article about the train fatality. I'm not going to insert them because they are of course quite large. No archives because of the paywall. I only did word searches for variations of Terry's name and age, as well as for fatalities so with these autists are free to examine every individual report.
