All I want is for someone to tell me this isn't true.
any family would be more devastated about their schizophrenic brother getting into a freak accident than their 90 year old mother dying after several years of sickness.I wonder if Terry's sister is miffed that people care way more about her schizophrenic, homeless brother than her mother or the other two that died.
Also it's really a damn shame that he was being Idea Guy'd. It sounds like they want to keep this "is he or isn't he dead" thing going so they can keep raking in donations.
The important thing to understand is that Terry's family understood him almost least of all. His own parents believed that he was some neo-nazi skinhead when he was just lashing out at the demons inside of his head for crissakes.any family would be more devastated about their schizophrenic brother getting into a freak accident than their 90 year old mother dying after several years of sickness.

its hard to tell because as other people have said, a lot of this was going on with anons from the /g/ board. But @The Temple has an account here and it sounds like he's involved unfortunately.Who are the donations really going to/who is the account tied to?
do you know if this facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100025903548224) is real? it's starting to make the rounds of some programming groups im in over facebook
No idea dude. Looks legit, is there anyway to check?
Best to leave him alone then maybe be trying to fix things with his family. Has he got anyone added as friends on there?
TheTemple's twatter appears to have been deleted now.

>Therese’s whole account changed while I was looking at shit. Initially she had no profile pic (around noon when I looked initially)then changed it to a picture of Terry, then privates her friends list, and some about info. This might be nothing butttt...View attachment 533172
From what I can tell with the chan accusations it's the typical imageboard type of deal: other channers fighting with each other over how Terry was handled, including donations and whatnot. It's going to be hard to know what truly happened because each side is going to say different stories. When Terry went homeless and had no computer or van he gave his most trusted fans access to his accounts and he likely lost access to some of his money sources (This isn't quite right. She originally had the heart hands image as her profile pic over the four relatives collage. Yesterday afternoon my time she removed both her profile pic and her cover pic and neither had been restored by the time I went to bed. When I got up this morning, there was a photo of Terry as her cover pic and the collage had changed to show only her mother and mother-in-law (and she'd changed the picture of her mother in law). She's added those same photos to her intro.
Her friends list was private prior to those changes. That FB account has been active since at least December 2016 (that's when the first public photo was posted - there may be earlier private posts).
The changes she's made seem like the same kind people who've recently had family members die make. It's common for people to keep revising until they compose the perfect post and find the perfect picture.
I do agree that the chan/discord accusations and counter-accusations regarding theft are a bit of a clusterfuck. As far as I can tell, two separate things are now getting conflated but and there's not a lot to back up the accusations.
I do wonder if the last video Terry uploaded player a role in identifying him. The chans don't agree on much but they do agree that he had no money and that there was no reliable way to get money to him other than meeting him in person. If he was carrying no ID (whether he died by train or some other cause) but had been using the library, it's possible the police checked his internet activity in order to assist with identifying him.
