It was a segment of a full video of him walking out with his dad talking about various things. It was on Archive.org but that's down.
 
In that video you just posted, was that guy in the background telling him to "shut the fuck up"? I couldn't quite make it out. Maybe he's put down roots in a tent community?

Yeah he tells him to shut the fuck up twice and calls him a prick. It doesn't look like a community or anything, just an alley another hobo had claimed. He should be careful with that as my limited knowledge about homeless is that they can get violent over that kind of thing. They don't like it when people someone moves in on their money making or sleeping territory.

Which Portland is Terry in? I've been assuming Oregon because that's closer to where he was living, but then I realized there's also one in Maine.
 
Definitely the larger Portland. The places he shows in his videos prove it.

It's Portland, Oregon. The locations he's at match up with downtown Portland and surrounding haunts for homeless people running from glow in the dark African-American CIA operatives.

Portland Maine is pretty small. It's locally important to people who live in New England, because it's a big city by the standards of the region, but it's laughable by the standards of more populated areas.
