I don't know what he's trying to achieve here but that's yet another stupid idiot trying to show off speaking """""french""""" and instead coming off as extremely autistic.
As Kosher said the only two french stuff you can make out of it is "L'enfant est..." (which translated to "The child is....") and "D'accord" (which is simply alright/ok). There's also "né" which means "born" but I don't understand what he's trying to read.

The rest is gibberish.

Fucks sake. This guy needs more then a Baker act rest, he needs to be taken away and locked up for real in a psych hospital for some heavy duty treatment before he seriously harms a family member, someone he mistakes for a (actual) CIA Nigger, or himself. This isn't a lolcow, this is sad and scary.

For all of his ranting about the CIA and shipping all the big dick niggers who give ladies orgasms back to Africa, Terry is really only a threat to himself. He's gone 20+ years without a single violent incident to my knowledge: violent tendencies in schizos manifest LONG before that.

The one case where Terry legitimately posed a danger to other people was back when his parents were letting him drive their vehicle when he was always drunk.

As long as he's not drinking and driving anymore, I think Terry's pretty harmless, and is more at risk of getting hurt himself than he is of hurting someone else.
