Einsatz is both US and NS. The other band on the split is Aussie.

Have you heard the new Peste Noire? Grabbed the vinyl, but I'm not huge on it. Not enough black metal.
PN is pretty much dead to me. Famine is determined to experiment, which is fine and good, but they stopped writing good black metal. That being said, I adore the first three full lengths and EP. They wrote some of the best damn black metal out there.

It's better than that last album with the trap shit, but Famine was asking for way too much for a single album (+ a flimsy cheese box) last time I checked so I didn't pull the trigger and just listened to it on yidtube.
Feel kinda bad about it but I just can't justify breaking bank for physical media in the Biden era. Famine's a talented guy but he's a ripoff artist and a bit of a walking meme.

I think he sees KPN as more of a hooligan streetpunk band with fancy baroque metal riffing tossed in than a pure "black metal" band these days, which is fine by me because I love oi! and stuff like that anyway (and let's be real, you only make an album like 'La Sanie...' once),

Wasn't big on the split album either. Beats aside, very bog standard for a band like KPN. Though the general style is more my thing than the new one, so I'm not sure how I'd rank them. The album cover and poster it came with generated some monumental salt though, so it's got that going for it.

Was also interested in the acoustic EP. The video from the show that's online sounds surprisingly great, but for whatever reason he decided to use only four songs. The vinyl has just one song on side B. Buncha bullshit.

Summoning aren't commies, one of them is a cuck but being a cuck is just the natural state of being a non-imprisoned German.
Katharsis is the german commie band

Gonna break up the black metal posting a bit (not that I'm complaining, keep it up) but I'm posting my favorite USPM album.
My favorite song from this album is In Dark Places. Also RIP Midnight, one of my favorite metal vocalists.

Pagan Hellfire are kind of the cannibal corpse of Canadian black metal. They write plain jane blunt as an atom bomb BM and never really change, but they're really really good at it. I don't think their discog has a single bad release in it.
