Old nick is amazing you islamic fuck.Great song. If only more USBM could be like that. Instead we get 50 Old Nick albums a year.
What's "USBM" if I may ask?Great song. If only more USBM could be like that. Instead we get 50 Old Nick albums a year.
Ah okay. Yet more proof that only Norway and Germany can make good black metal.US black metal
AKA Von, about 5 gazillion blackgaze/'suicidal' black metal projects, and the occasional good band like Grand Belial's Key or Absu
Indeed. Recently got 1916 on CD and have been playing the hell out of it. 10/10 metal album.Speaking of Motorhead I've been spinning Another Perfect Day all month. One of the greatest "black sheep" albums in metal.
Leviathan says hiAh okay. Yet more proof that only Norway and Germany can make good black metal.
Lots of great bm bands from around the world, even including the US. Was quite surprised when I found out.Yet more proof that only Norway and Germany can make good black metal.
Ehh, I'm the wrong person to ask. I don't like operatic or overwrought shit.Any thoughts on Diablo Swing Orchestra's latest album? Still sad the opera singer is gone. I didn't like their last album, is this more of the same?
Reign in Blood has nothing on Darkness Descends. 1986's finest. Some nice Dark Angel worship from Tsjuder

Crystal Knight rules! One of my favorite obscure '80s Metal bands.Old Artillery is great but I'll never get over how terrible Terror Squad's artwork is. It's like the artist gave up a quarter of the way through.

On a slightly relevant segue here's another cool 80s Danish album with terrible coverart.
I might agree with you, purely based on that song alone. It's pure madness even now, wish I was around in 86 to see it then.Reign in Blood has nothing on Darkness Descends. 1986's finest.
I'm late as fuck and pretty entry level when it comes to doom but check out the YouTube channel Stoned Meadow of Doom. Can anybody suggest any up-and-coming doom acts I might not have heard yet? Think Monolord and Moon Coven. Being a doom fan always feels kinda lonely in the metal scene.
