I do think in a sense that kids or teens are more sexual than when I was a teen, but then again I came from a one horse town that preached abstinence only education in their schools, atleast 5 girls I knew got pregnant because they thought pulling out was a safe method of no babby forming. I'd say that its the parents concern but again as a teen, some of my friends had real shit parents who didn't even provided them monetarily to the point where whoring.. but its definitely not some randos on the internet to speculate whether teens should be having sex.
