The Abortion Debate Containment Thread - Put abortion sperging here.

The general population's opinion on abortion is "meh," they don't know what Roe vs. Wade is, nor do they give a shit. It's just not a concern to most normal people. I'm just here to laugh at the cat ladies and their orbiters.
in order to know anything about the general population, you'd have to leave your mother's basement and touch some grass

It happens every single day in America thanks to Soros-backed judges.
Lol no it doesn't.
Yes, the person who immediately puts themselves in the shoes of the sex offender rather than the policeman or the concerned parent is accusing everyone else of pedophilia, how quaint.
Lol you QTards claim everyone you don't like is a pedophile then you expect us to not think you're projecting like a movie theatre.

But it's besides the point, you want to force women to have babies and bring us back to the 1700s. I want to bring us forward. Now go turn on Fox News, old man, it's getting late and youll have to go to bed soon

I'm in your mother's basement, touching her ass.

Lol, no, explain first why you chose to sympathize with the pedo rather than the parent.

Edit: Is it because you cannot possibly picture yourself as a parent? Yet...

How is the homicide of a child not equivalent to murder? I guess you could argue it's even worse than "normal murder" since the victim is so utterly defenseless and innocent. Knowing people personally who partook doesn't really excuse anything. I've known at least one person who had an abortion as well (almost certainly more, statistically speaking, they just didn't tell the rest of us about it). I am sure that she did not and does not consider herself a murderer. That doesn't mean I can't recognize in the abstract the undeniable evil of the act. If one of my friends did all of a sudden commit a murder, I wouldn't retroactively decide "well now that I know someone who did it, I guess murder isn't actually all that bad after all." Peak woman logic.
Perhaps so. As I said, I can admit I'm biased and so I generally avoid taking a strong position on the matter. If I knew someone had strangled an infant, I would never feel comfortable letting them babysit, but I don't feel the same way about someone who's had an abortion. I can't really logically articulate why but those two things just obviously do not seem equivalent in my mind.

The general public typically favors restrictions on abortions after 15 weeks, the same as the Mississippi law that is causing Roe to be overturned. Which arbitrary week of pregnancy do you believe life begins at? If it's later than 15 weeks, you are more "extreme" than the general public. Not that you should care about that, of course, I'm "extreme" in the opposite direction--but just if we're gonna play the whole game of pretending that public opinion means anything.

No response? Typical.

At least you have enough awareness to recognize that your position is motivated by vague feelings/social convenience. That's certainly doing much better than the average anti-lifer.

Sorry I missed it among your fellow evangelical zealots spazing out
No, in my hypothetical, no one has been "forced" to do anything. The parent has a child and comes to the conclusion, for whatever reason (maybe they lost their job, maybe welfare laws changed, etc.) that they are no longer receiving "enough welfare" (again, however much that is) to help them raise the child. Is the parent in this example justified in killing the child to relieve him/herself of the unbearable financial burden?
Yes, they are forced to give birth. What do you think removing the choice of abortion is? I know you Republican boomers are incels, but most people have sex. It's in our biology. People are gonna fuck.

You Republicans not only want to force them to give birth, but take away any assistance they may need in doing so and raising the child. Jesus would be really pissed at you zealots

literally "no u". :story:
Maybe try posting in this thread some more, it will totally make you less assmad.

Again, why is your first instinct to side with the pedos rather than literally anyone else? Is it that you feel a kinship with them?

Lol this thread is like moths to a flame for ErisChan

If you evangelical incels cared as much about living babies as you do fetuses, this world would be in a better spot. Instead you want to force women to give birth because you want to bring us back to the 1700s like most fundies, but once they're born you don't give a fuck about them because that requires sacrifice on your part and you'd rather be a slacktivist
Coming to impotently cry about religion again, completely unprompted, and project your own social inadequacies onto others. I'm sorry you are so stupid that you think that shit constitutes a position. Telling someone they don't give a fuck about others is just MORE projection.
I am against death penalty in all cases because there's been many cases of people being falsely convicted.

I am all for life in prison for them though

It's adorable how you are a typical Fox News watching boomer though, QAnon believing and all
You would oppose the death penalty even if the criminal admitted to his crime? Or his guilt was proven beyond any shadow of a doubt?

it takes a village...
...to fuck a kid up. You must support those groomer teachers who think they have rights over the students to indoctrinate them into leftist sex cults.
