It's unrealistic to ever stop all abortion or to enforce it in a real way and it does a good job at keeping certain US populations in check. That said I don't like the idea of it being government funded and women who bring it up casually or even brag about it as I've seen at some more left leaning events come across as truly vile, disgusting people. Treating it with go-lucky bubbliness when there is an extremely thin line between it and murder as the constant debate proves just indicates something is mentally/emotionally wrong with you.

Great news for you, thanks to the Hyde Amendment gov funds cannot go towards abortion in the US. Personally I think they should though, and that misoprostol should be available OTC in the US just like it is in Mexico.
