Other countries don't really have so much to worry about. Spain is divided from Morroco by the Strait of Gibraltar. France, England, Belgium, Italy, etc don't have to worry about immigration because the EU castrates their ability to defend their borders anyways. Russia doesn't build a wall between it and Finland and vice versa because there's three thousand miles of arctic circle to trudge through. Japan is an Island. Australia is an Island. South America and South Africa building walls is pointless because they're basically lawless.
You see walls in countries like Hungary because Hungary is a middling economy adjacent to third world hell holes like Serbia, which is completely unknown to the entire western world, except for people who know of this
