A lot of shelters have a limit by state law of how many dogs you can own.

I assume the shelters don't drop by their houses to check how many animals they have. You can only track that sort of stuff if the all the shelters, themselves, track it and share a database of information or if their animals are all registered. I would be shocked if all their animals are registered.

We can safely rule out yellow as boobs because this particular roll resembles a sadface and if there were nips attached they would be on the underside and poke visibly through the thin sweatshop material of this walmart tee.
Red, to me, is a strong contender as a potential boob because there seems to be bra color showing through the white fabric.
However if you look closely, the roll highlighted in green connects to the roll that would be adjacent to aforementioned potential boob (red) meaning there is a rogue boob somewhere in this shirt left unaccounted for.
My money's on it retreating to her back to join the others.
