Can someone do the math and figure out 1) how many fucking candles are there 2) total cost of a hoard that large? This is insane
I tried to count.
Disclaimer, I'm really bad at math and it's 3AM. If I messed up I deserve autistic ratings. But also, this is just my best guess from the video above. My numbers may be a bit off but I would bet I'm somewhat close to what he actually has. I didn't dig any further because I don't care enough to be honest. So.
It looks like each shelf is long enough for 12 candles. You can stack 3 candles on top of each other for a total of 36 candles per shelf in a row. Also looks like a depth of at least 2 candles can fit, possibly 3, so let's go with the smaller number of 2 rows of 36 candles, making about 72 candles per shelf. The bottom shelf seems to have a full row of 36 in the back with 24ish candles in the front row. My best guess would be he has 200+ candles
at least.
2 full shelves of 72 candles, plus one shelf of about 60.
72 + 72 + 60 = 204
They look to be 3-wick candles from Bath & Bodyworks, which cost $24.50 USD each when they aren't on sale. (They're $10 off right now so if you check the website they seem cheaper. If he was smart, he hopefully bought most of them when there is some sort of promotion going on bc they're expensive as fuck)
204 x 24.50 = 4,998.
Almost $5,000 worth of candles. Jesus christ. And that's probably on the lower end since he probably has others scattered around the house, and there is
potentially another row of 36 candles max on each shelf that we cannot see.
tldr: He has
at least 200 candles worth around $5,000 USD.
