I'm pretty sure it was an online relationship at the beginning, but Krystle had been driving to Tennessee (where Nena lives) with AL when she went to visit, and I believe they had plans to move in together.

I have always thought it was very very wrong of my BC [mother] to kick her out in that way. If nothing else she should have allowed her to come back and then explained some guidelines and then if not worked out , tell her she had to go.
One problem that I do see might have swayed her decision is my sister loved to speak of " Squatters right" and would say " I'd have to legally evict her " if you told her she had to leave where she was staying. My BC [mother] might have feared Amber would try and pull the same stuff . Regardless, I would have handled it differently myself. Amber and I talked through text about it back then, she portrayed being very happy with Kasey and never once asked to return to my home.
